Horrible experience. I was visiting superior for a wedding and my phone had stopped working saying I had a SIM failure. I attempted to stop at the store during lunch and there was a sign on the door that said, āGone to lunch, be back in 45 minutes.ā But they didnāt have any type of return time or time that was left. So I had no idea when the rep would return. I waited a couple of hours and the rep said it would be an easy fix to get an E sim. When I sat down another employee was walking around banging drawers and left. The rep who was helping me was then complaining about how he has outlasted other employees and that guy just walked out. It was weird. He called Verizon on his phone to assist, but had another call and hung up to answer it. It was his manager and he talked all about how the other employee walked out and issues they were having. It was weird to sit and listen to the work drama, but especially annoying to have had my help interrupted with answering a phone call to talk about it. We attempted to talk to a Verizon rep who needed me to confirm with another line, which I was unable to do. The manager then came in and continued to talk to the rep who was helping me about the store employee issues. Then the manager shows the rep how to set up an ESIM on my phone without the Verizon phone help. He attempted to set it up but nothing was working. After about 50 minutes, I had to leave to attend wedding things and my phone still was not fixed. When I finally did get it fixed, I was told the rep at this store imputed a completely wrong IMEI number so my phone was not connecting to my number and thatās why no other reps could setup an eSIM. The store had horrible customer service, they didnāt fix my phone, and in fact caused way more issues that took 5 days to resolve. Iād recommend going to the Duluth...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery disappointed Iām this location. First it started with an online order an online rep told me they had a phone in stock and the order would be ready the right away. Well the next day I had to call and see what was going on with the order being I heard nothing. The rep at at the store said they didnāt have the phone in stock and will be about 6 weeks to get. So instead of calling me and letting me know they did nothing. So anyways. I get them to cancel the order and sell me the same phone in a diffent color .. the next day I go back and try and trade in my phone. That say they canāt take it on a trade becouse itās attached to the other order that was canceled and it takes about 30 days to drop off. At this point Iāve been there twice waiting in line in a building that has no ac one person working and a long wait time. So Iām fed up with this Verizon 30 days later I go to a diffent Verizon they advise me the phone is still attached to the online order and she has to make a call. 20 min later she maid the call and was able to take the phone back. The superior location should of been able to do this the first day. But anyways for porting my number to Verizon I was suppose to get a 200 gift the guy at the superior location said he had it on there. I asked him twice. Said it takes 30 to 60. days to get. So after 60 days no gift card. I called Verizon and they told me the store never submitted the rebate and done itās been 60 days thereās nothing they can do so I gotta get a credit from the superior location. .. well Iām so sick of this location Iām not going back. Iām paying my phone off and going somewhere else. Itās to bad that version will let theses store be owned my locals that has no idea...

Not only did they bomb all aspects of customer service skills but I also had to intervene with a very elderly man that was hard of hearing and desperately needing some assistance with compassion, and patience. Neither of which was given by either employee at the store. From the lack of professionalism the moment we walked in the door the tone was set how the remainder of the visit would play out. The Individual that I had the misfortune to deal with was condescending and under the impression he knew more about my timeline of purchase than I did. He didn't look up my account to verify any info which is where ALL dates and warranty would be listed that related to why I was there. He was quick to assume the person that set me up with my phone, watch and other purchased items didn't do their job by helping me with my warranty or anything else. I never said he didn't.
