Went through the drive through with my son in the car. Ordered via the app, went to pick up the order through the drive up & the girl says there's a pick up inside. I asked if she could grab it for me because I didn't want to have to take my baby out and bring him inside to pick up my subs. Not sure what the point is of them saying we can't pick up orders through the drive up but we can order on the drive up touch screen to pick up? Absolutely makes zero sense as we have gone here three time prior and never had an issue until the young girl at the window said "you have to come in" furthermore, inside they were talking about the situation when I am clearly in ear range. Very distasteful & highly unsatisfied. Tried to order and all I got was static on the speaker, so I drove through to the window thinking it was a speaker issue, but instead was met by a young girl that was dripping with negative/sarcastic attitude. She stared more at her nails than making eye contact with me. She said the drive thru now requires the customer to use the touch screen to place an order. if that's the case, then what's the point of a drive thru? What if I have a question about my order? Where's the human contact? Worst lack of customer service ever. Started driving away and checked sub. Only bacon, the wrong cheese, cold, and no ranch. Literally just bacon cheese and veggies. She quite literally asked me what kind of meat I wanted, and I said “steak”. Asked about SunChips, was told by the person taking my order “they didn’t ring them up”.
