We got a chance to visit the Nautical Bowl's in Surf City, It's a super cute-looking beach-themed store serving some of the healthiest sorbet, smoothies, and butter jars. We tried the Big Island Bowl - Blue Majik, Acai, pitaya, mango, coconut, vanilla chia, granola, strawberries, goji berries, and hemp seeds, That's a lot to pack in a bowl and it's super healthy and heavy which can easily replace a meal for the day, and you can also customize your own bowl, It's organic, all-natural, essential vitamins, Plant-based, gluten-free, Dairy free and Soy free. Nautical Bowls is such a great addition to our area! There are plenty of menu options or you can create your own bowl using their very tasty bases and a wide variety of toppings and in house nut butters. Great to grab after a day at the beach and a perfect treat for anyone with dietary restrictions (gluten free, dairy free, soy free, plant based, no added sugars). The crew are welcoming and friendly and we cannot fault the service. Bowls are made quickly are very yummy! We love the vibe in the store and it is a perfect representation of the area. Ive been going to Nautical Bowls since they've opened. Bowls were fine-expensive. Always young kids working no owners EVER seen. Sometimes I had to ask them to put more acai berry in etc-seems random how they fill your order. They increased prices and never changed the menu prices on the board. Now they have dramatically decreased their options for bowls its create your own(pay for all ingredients separately) or 4 bowl options-two of which have peanut butter-theres not enough choice without creating your own and that drives the price up.
