Don’t ever order from here. I’m never ordering here again. Me and my husband went here a few months ago we ordered a bogo sesame chicken with rice. We had to wait one order for our food and they weren’t busy. I opened up the food the container was half empty both of them! Then last night I ordered the same thing two sesame chicken and rice and two vegan cheese burgers not a big order. I ordered at 7:30. Around 8:30 an hour later I get a delivery driver assigned she went there food was still not ready! After an hour! I called the restaurant and I don’t know if it was a worker or manager or owner I was telling him that it’s been over an hour and he started yelling at me saying we are busy what do you want from me we have 20 orders! Instead of saying oh I’m so sorry we will do our best. He said 5 minutes so I waited 10 min called the restaurant 5 times didn’t answer on purpose then I called my Uber driver to hand me the phone to the worker and he wouldn’t take the phone. The lady canceled on me so now I had to wait for a new driver mind you it’s been an hour and a half! New driver gets assigned it’s been 20 minutes since the incident the driver walks in food is still not ready! The Uber driver wanted to cancel I had to beg him to wait that I will give him a good tip because the last driver canceled since the food wasn’t ready! The driver asked them how long he said 10 min finally they made my food. That’s not the end I got my food 20 minutes later your gonna laugh now I got the wrong order. Someone else’s food! This is a joke of a business. I’ve been in the restaurant industry myself for many years. Read the reviews on this place after this incident and saw the responses from people’s complaints this place needs new management has potential from the location but the management is terrible! Never eating here again and will definitely let people know...

I’m a local who has visited all the kosher establishments on the block and wanted to try out Panino to support a new business. But after my visit I’ll never be back again. I try not to write negative reviews but my experience there leaves me with no choice.

I ordered food to dine in and then separately food to take out. The dine in food took way too long to come out and the portions were tiny and tasted subpar. There was barely any meat or vegetables making it worth $22 a sandwich. There were barely any napkins available and I had to wait several minutes to request a plastic fork and knife.

The real issue came when 30 minutes after placing my to-go order it was not ready and apparently nobody filled the ticket. The man who appeared to be the manager talked to me as if I was dumb and asked if I even placed an order despite showing him my receipt.

What happened next was appalling!!! He aggressively yelled and cursed at his staff because of the mistake, all in front of customers including children. I could tell his staff have been verbally abused by him all day based on the look on their faces. I felt so bad for the employees and called him out for his behavior. A kosher establishment should not be managed by someone abusing employees and using vulgar language. I even tried apologizing to the employees because of what happened.

I left the restaurant in shock and disgust. My hope is that the employees are treated fairly and this “manager” no longer...

Edit: owner has no clue how to respond, nor does he know how to run a business. instead of sending an email to reach out, apologize and refund me, he again goes and knocks the customer.. trust me i wasn’t concerned about getting a refund.. i will dispute the charge. Be better.

Owners response Is pathetic, instead of apologizing and being sympathetic to my experience, he chose to reply that he is right. so i am going to add more to my experience. It took around 25min to get our food, The bread tasted old they literally put 2 slices of pastrami in the sandwich. They called it a panini but it was barely toasted! Table was dirty and shaky. Owner mentioned that “next time order for take out” buddy, there wont be a next time. To date i have never seen a fast food restaurant charge a 10% dine in fee.

Unacceptable! They charged a 10% service charge when i filled my order out on a tablet! Like literally its fast food… the food was awful, i ordered a panini and the pastrami was so tugh, Not soft. Overall never coming back again. Nothing like the store...
