In the vibrant heart of Miami lies Street Kitchen, a restaurant that transforms dining into an art form. My evening began under the expert guidance of Tony, a waiter whose knowledge and friendliness illuminated the dining experience. His recommendations were not mere suggestions but gateways to a culinary adventure. His attentive service and culinary knowledge significantly elevated our dining experience. It's always a delight to encounter genuinely helpful and perceptive staff who contribute meaningfully to an exceptional gastronomic journey.

The culinary excursion began with an extraordinary Street Hummus appetizer. Its unique, savory flavor and perfect texture set a high bar for the evening. This dish was more than just an appetizer; it was a flavorful prelude to the evening's symphony.

The Veal Bao Buns, a celebrated appetizer special at Street Kitchen, was also a marvel to behold. The combination of tender veal with the soft bao buns created a harmonious blend of flavors that was both innovative and comforting.

The pièce de résistance was undoubtedly the Surprise Steak. A dish that stands out in the crowded world of steakhouses, it features a perfectly seared crust and a juicy interior, delivering a sensory delight with every bite.

Complementing the exquisite food was the restaurant's ambiance - warm, welcoming, and perfectly suited to the Miami vibe.

In conclusion, Street Kitchen is a must-visit for anyone in Miami. It's not just a meal; it's a culinary adventure that tantalizes the senses and leaves you eagerly anticipating...

Mixed bag feelings on this place.

I had heard great reviews about Street and seen great ratings on google and elsewhere and was excited to give them a try.

We walked inside a little past 9pm tonight and the restaurant was about 70% full, with multiple empty tables. There was no host to show us to a seat, so we waited at the bar for someone to notice us and offer us a table.

Once seated it was another 7-8 minutes until we got a menu brought to us. Still no drinks or anything offered yet.

We ordered appetizers and mains, and tap water was finally brought to us. This was the only drink we would be given, refill was never offered or brought.

Appetizers were delicious!! Would order them again. The beef tacos and the dirty veal fingers were great!

The mains of Short Ribs - delicious and truffle Steak - overpriced and missing flavor were so so. Short ribs were good, truffle at $60 is a pass IMO. Really not great at all. Would have preferred to send back, but no one ever asked if we enjoyed anyhow..

Fries were a very small portion and completely overdone. Skip them here.

I would go back for the appetizers and maybe some other dishes, but the service must improve, it was pretty bad. They also add a mandatory 18% tip, which does nothing besides further encouraging bad service, if waiters feel it...

If i could give 0 stars i would. I had an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this restaurant. As a Muslim woman who wears a hijab, I felt very unwelcome and discriminated against from the moment I walked in. I urgently needed to use the restroom and entered the restaurant, only to be met with stares from all the diners, which made me feel very out of place.

While waiting for an available restroom, a waiter approached me, questioning whether I had a table. Despite explaining my situation, the exchange that followed felt more like an attempt to make me uncomfortable rather than offering help. I was simply there to use the restroom and was not disturbing anyone, yet I was treated as though my presence was a problem.

If Jews feel unsafe around Muslims, then they have a huge issue and are deeply insecure. Their behavior shows they know exactly what they’re doing to innocent Palestinian Muslims in Palestine is wrong. It’s telling that they act defensive or as if they’re being opposed when they encounter Muslims.

I left feeling disgusted by the way I was treated. No one should have to experience such treatment based on their appearance or faith. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values respect and...

We live right down the street from this restaurant and sadly it's 0 - 2 in dining experiences. 👎👎 The last meal our entrees were awful. The meat quality of the bone-in ribeye was inferior, very tough without a decent marble. However the baby back ribs were worse. Our friends elected to eat the ribeye but the baby backs weren't edible; extremely tough, chewy and under seasoned. So tough we had to use a knife to cut... extremely disappointing. The chef took offense and refused to accept it back and insisted we pay for this awful dish. The sever, Laz, began arguing with us because he forgot the two bite check-in, tried to blame it on us. Guest service suffers when the gratuity is automatically included. As a direct result of our experience, we won't return. If you're looking for great kosher bbq, try Mendels next door. Street Kitchen has great appetizers but failed horribly on their entrees.
