Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Surprise

Just went in there and there was a male and female working . The dude that was workinv was on his phone and looked miserable and I had to wait 5 mins then he finally came over only AFTER my husband called him to come over . Then when my husband asked if there was any pre packed ice cream in the back he just shrugged his shoulders and said “idk if you don’t see it then probably not” my husband then pointed out which one and the worker said “oh....well, do you want me to look in the back?” Then fast forward , he is getting my daughters ice cream and packs it full then shoved the lid on and hands it to my husband dripping all over the place and didn’t once try or offer to clean it, we had to . Definitely disappointed. Especially considering we are come in for stuff a lot . We understand people go through things and he might of had a bad day but grown ups don’t bring there issues to work because we don’t know you enough to care . You should t have employees that don’t know how to properly...

Updated review: we went back to this location for the first time in at least a year (see original review posted below). Super impressed with the friendly team, the cleanliness & the availability of all the flavors. We heard this location is under new ownership and it shows. We will happily be coming back to support & enjoy our local Baskin-Robbins. ———————————— I have loved Baskin-Robbins since I was kid. But, this location is super disappointing. After our fifth or sixth attempt at ‘giving them another shot’ (and after months of time in between) we visited the other night - again, to disappointment. They are usually out of three to five flavors - key flavors, like chocolate and mint chip - and the service is lacking. We have commented each time, how sad we are to see them out of so many things, and nothing has changed. Such a bummer! Please revamp things so we can come visit and...

Wow ... If I could give 0 stars I would. We went to pick up our daughters Birthday cake we ordered 3 weeks prior. When her sister went to pick it up for the party we were told someone had written the wrong date down. Mistakes happen I get it, but they made no attempt to make the situation right for us. Our daughter was in tears and we had no cake for her birthday. All they offered was a refund....of course, we didn't get any product, of course we get a refund. How about a free birthday ice cream cone or maybe one of the basic cakes to make up for it...nope. When I called today to get their store # for feedback on BR website, the girls who answered the phone said um ..I dont have that information. I told her the company website says it is on the receipts, to which she replied..um no it isnt.........end of story. Get out of the cake...
