Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Surprise

We went in about 8:50ish P.M. today, and the teenage at the cashier was polite with us. She informed my mother and I that the bread sticks were NOT ready, and that we had to wait ten minutes. We agreed and went to Walgreen, that is right next door to the store, to buy drinks. When we came back, it was obvious that the bread sticks were done, because a man(who we assume must be the manager to be giving any FREE bread sticks), gave a couple that came AFTER us their pizza and two orders of bread sticks, which one was given to them for free. The man gave it to them because they were "waiting too long" even though we came first. My mother informed the man that we ordered first and the man looked confused. He than went over to the cashier to see if we actually ordered. He than went into back without saying anything to us. There was laughter and jokes being thrown about in the back. The same teenage girl who took our orders than had to dress more bread sticks for us and we had to wait a good five minutes for her to be done. Unlike with the previous couple, they did not give us anything to us for "waiting". My mother asked for the manager that was on site and the same teenager went into the back and my mother had to wait five more minutes for her to get the name. Placed order online and never got email about my order ready as they said on a receipt. When pick up my 2 pizzas were agly as agly can be. Supreme had all ingredients through only on the middle.... Stuffed crust pepperoni had ripped crust all around. So far from what you see in the website when you placed order. When pick up they didn't provide free bottle of soda as promised because ... I was late...lol (no email about order). I called corporate and left message on Friday no one called back by Tuesday. I called back and spoke with customer service which one wasn't helpful... Week later I got call from store manager who gave me store credit for 2 pizzas which one I decided use the same day. Called them to reorder the same pizzas... When I came to pick up instead of one pizza they offer me bread sticks... Really? I want the same order which one I repeat on the phone. 15 minutes later I finally got my pizzas which ones have been looking absolutely gorgeous compared with first ones. I hope this place will improve with online order and...

Order total was $57.94 and was supposed to be delivered in 20 minutes. Ordered 2 of the 8 piece wings and 2 Chicago style deep dish pizzas. Only received the 2 boxes of wings for $57.94. Took over an hour and 25 minutes to get the wings then additional time when the Doordash lady went back to the store with a texted photo of my order. Store needs to train their staff better. When I called the boy was clueless on the phone and couldn't even find the order. Very poor experience from this place. Won't order there again. Only thing that save the night was the door dash lady and 2 tips later. Thank God she was kind and went back for us and got us our order. If you're smart you won't order from here, ever. Pizza had almost no sauce, wings were fatty and they over charged us for the ranch dressing we ordered 2 and received 4 and they were hot so we couldn't even eat them so it was a waste of 3 bucks.
