I preordered on the app got there and it said 10:35 pm my order would be ready which was good. It also said allow an additional 5-10 minutes if it's busy so I did. But I kept seeing cars go through the drive thru and no online orders being made as there were 3 to 4 of us waiting for them. After waiting the 10 minutes I asked for an employee to come over and he claimed they were making the orders I the order they came in. I told him that there was only two cars in the in the drive thru and I ordered 5 mins before I got there he made a lot of excuses but no solutions. I asked for a lead or supervisor someone in charge he said no one of that nature was there. So I said can you find me the most senior employee? He said yea. A Hispanic gentleman came over and was very understanding and helpful and apologized when I explained what had happened. I didn't get his name to mention him in the review for taking charge but if Jack in the Box is reading this I was there 2/16 so you should definitely acknowledge him because I would be writing a 1 star review across the board. We didn't even pay or get food we left still waiting to pay, we got to there at 850pm left at 930pm empty handed! NOBODY WAS DOING ANYTHING THERE WERE LITERALLY STANDING AROUND WITH THEIR FINGERS IN THEIR MOUTHS!! A front counter guest had their food thrown at them probably after also waiting a ridiculously long time for it. I have never in all my days seen such horrendous service. Anyone who was working tonight on the 2:00 to 10:00 shift at this Jack in the box location deserves to be fired. Read moreThis is the worst encounter i’ve ever had with customer service. I work in the food industry as well so i give people the benefit of the doubt a lot of times and know sometimes it’s difficult. However the management and staff this evening was almost non-existent to an extent. We first go through the drive through, (which is supposed to be fast) waited about 30 minutes in line only to get to the window and first missed multiple items we payed for. We ordered the new BBQ cluck sandwich and had multiple things missing on it and then asked SEVERAL times what was suppose to be on it and the anwser we got everytime was “that’s your sandwich”. They then ask us to pull around to the front after another 15 minutes and the guy working threw the door dash order at me after i asked if this was my food that was missing or if it was the doordash order. We then go inside and ask for the manager and get ignored for another 10 minutes and while my husband was talking to the kid that threw the food on me and hear the manager in her office yell “don’t talk to them”.
