Subway — Restaurant in Surprise

I've been a subway fan for over 20 years, and since the remodel (and new staff) this is now my worst subway location experience. My last 3 visits over the last two months has been consistent: 20 minute waits (with 0 or 1 person in front of me), hard/old bread,cold chicken terriaki meat, chips always running out, and extremely sloppy sandwichs that are just thrown into the bread.

Subway is great, its just the new staff and lack of managerial oversight at this location that make it my worst subway experience. Ill drive a couple of miles for the next one from now on. :(

Update: I gave it a few months and the service got slowly better over the last year, but now I see we are back to square one, back to a 1-star on Easter Sunday. They advertised wraps that they done have, made sloppy sandwiches very slowly, didnt listen to ingrediants or bread type, and I had to remind them for the cookies I paid for, which were very under baked. I was hopeful, but have been disappointed all over again.

I should note that this underperformance is not an issue at any of the neighbring subways, just a perpetual problem with the one at Reems and...

This is not my favorite Subway I’ve ever been to. All of the staff I have encountered are all extremely rude. They seem disinterested and really just want you to leave. I get that they want to get customers in and out as fast as they can but they do not have to be so blatantly obvious about it. They are also very stingy on the veggie toppings. I ask for lettuce and they give me a minuscule handful, sloppily thrown on my sandwich. I always have to ask for more and they just give you the rudest look like ‘are you serious right now.’ If they weren’t so stingy in the first place I wouldn’t have to ask them to do their job better🤷🏻‍♀️ also, their veggie station is always a mess and cross-contaminated. There are olives in the lettuce, tomatoes in the pickles, etc. they need to work on their cleanliness and staff attitudes. Oh her than that, the food is good. Definitely not worth the price at $10 for a whole sandwich, so I only go when I get their “$5.99 any...

Customers service 👎 the teenage workers there are not very friendly in my opinion. I go to this location because its close to my house however I now go to another. My child likes to order and pick out her own veggies. And to my surprise the workers were Horribly Rude!! Such as making faces, rushing her and me. My sandwich wasn't cut or made right so I asked if they could remake it and the two staff workers we visibly upset because they didn't want to make it over and she was to lazy to check and i asked for avocado and she said we are out because she didn't want to check. The place was dirty and so was the food stations. It could have wiped down. I think it would be ran better if there were adults...
