April 10th I ordered 2 drinks. As I was enjoying my drink, I felt something stringy come through the straw. As I swallowed the "string" stuck to my tongue. When I pulled it out, it was a HAIR. I was so disgusted I poured the rest of my drink out. I called them immediately and got their voicemail. I left a detailed message with my number for call back. I have yet to receive a call back or a refund. Poor customer service. That day there were 2 little girls in the back running around and playing with products(laying packages of mixes and jumping on them like stepping stones) I can only assume it was one of their hair as they were running around the back area where drinks are made. Really disappointed because their drinks are good.

They have great customer service and so many yummy options! My favorites are the taro smoothie and the dirty horchata. 🤤😍 Today I got a strawberry-kiwi slushy (left drink in pic) and a mango freeze with pomegranate popping pearls (right drink in pic). Both delicious! Nice big cups, affordable prices, happy faces!

I cannot stress enough about how amazing this little boba shop is! Seriously the best drinks, not too sweet at all and way cheaper than the other shops around town. The donuts are amazing (better than bosa & star in my opinion) and worth the $, the baker makes them fresh every single day and it really shows. Support small...
