So, we came here on Grand Opening Day, May 10th. It was very busy with people lined up for their free donut or small coffee. They had no restrictions on what type of donut to choose from! Hubs got a Bear Claw, and I, the strawberry filled donut. His had a good amount of apples throughout. Mine had a somewhat crisp exterior, and soft, fluffy interior and was tasty. The apple fritter, blueberry cake, chocolate donut holes, and jalapeno ham and cheese Croissant were all really good as well. The Smoothies with popping Boba are very good, as is the iced coffee. They also have sugar-free flavors like caramel, vanilla, and hazelnut. The front counter people were not very personable, but they were way too busy to chatter with anyone. They were still pleasant and cordial. ...Give it a few more weeks until they settle down. Well, they are just as great as the other donut locations I have been to. Stop by, and see for yourself!
My pre-opening post in April: From other locations I've been to, they've always had a great selection to choose from, and were quite scrumptious! Can't wait until they open in May. Yummy smoothies! The owner is very nice...
Read moreNormally I enjoy our stop at Bosa donut, but today I was kind of taken back by the customer service, and flies at the donut buffet. First thing in the door there was a long line and one employee working, then out of nowhere, another came from the back and side door. Instead of truly focusing on their customers, the female and male employee discussed their music Playlist, liking rap, not liking, heavy metal and so on. The female employee couldn't multitask so while discussing music and talking with her hands she wasn't tending to the orders. Another customer with an online order (which should be ready to go upon arrival) had to wait for the line orders to be prepared and then finally her order was completed. (BTW they didn't have the items on her order, so the male said these will be fine) and off she went. The customer service is definitely lacking with the male and female employee working on 6/19 mid morning. As for the flies chowing down in the donut cases, yikes!! Maybe some doors on the employee side to prevent that!! The coffee was good though!! Never have issues when the owner is working, always great...
Read moreI went there on day one and boy was it crazy with people who just wanted to get in and taste it all. Their new, young employees had their hands full with the customers. And they handled us well. I enjoyed my favorite Boston cream donut and found it it was light and delicious. That was on Friday, I went back again on Monday to enjoy it again. For some reason I experienced an allergic reaction twice that week. I don't know what it was to that caused it but when it went away I went back and got another donut to test it. I did not have a reaction the third time. The manager was very accommodating to let me know all the ingredients used for the oil to cook them donuts and the donuts themselves. And I had no allergies to those ingredients. In fact they work hard to have safer ingredients so that people will not have allergic reactions. I was impressed. It small storefront but it has potential and I really like it. They also offer sandwiches and different kinds of beverages. I...
