I was just there. Fixing a 32.00 charge for a quart if vanilla ice cream and 4 LG ice cream cones. Well the manager comes up ssying what can we do to make this right for you. Please give me what I ordered. But don't just place the ice cream cones in a bag please wrap them in napkins. Then put them in the bag and the quart of plain vanilla ice cream. Seperate bags of course. So they one again. I should have just gotten my money bsck. Oh and I had spoken to a lady manager after the first mess up. She said this is a daily thing and she was also very tired having to do and fix all the mistakes of the young crew.. Which should only have been around 10.00 max for my first order. The young manages came out with 1 quart of vanilla ice cream. 5 cups of vanilla ice cream . SMALL Cones long spoons and napkins thrown in a bag.. WOW said I quess I misunderstood you mam. Very last time Cathy will he going to Dairy Queen. Really sad and never get it right. Besides the cost..Never coming back as will none of my family, or frirnds. Unsatisfied customer once again. Every single time we go to this location and order anything the added bits whether it’s Oreo (what my husband orders) or the royal strawberry cheesecake (my order) the majority of it is just plain vanilla ice cream. You get a TINY bit at the top, but the rest is literally all just vanilla. We started paying for double of the ingredients hoping it would help, and somehow every time we pay for extra/double it seems there’s even less than just how it comes normally.
This isn’t to mention every time we’ve went the teenagers working there are super obnoxious laughing while taking the order, or while taking the payment at the window. There was one occasion recently where we went and the girl taking the order answered everything we said in an exaggerated high voice and drawn out "ooookkkkaaaayyyy" and then her and a couple others would laugh. Read moreTwo words. Food poisoning. Came in and they had trash on the floor drinks spilt you could see in the kitchen. No one was cleaning just working around things dropped on the floor. The person at the register didn't know what was in their food, and didn't even try to guess. Just said I don't know. Someone else had to come help us. No one really wore any uniform for the most part. Only a few people had hats on. Which is the standard if you don't wear a Hair net. By the way no hair nets on either. I've worked fast food management and the only reason I didn't walk out on the spot was because I was trying to do something nice for my wife who never had DQ. Avoid this place, this whole crossroad street is accessible for fast food but ran by kids in schools with a obvious poor management to blame for not holding higher standards.
