This is my second review for the Dutch Bros at Greenway and Reems. I previously left a one-star review because of a negative experience with an employee named Angel. After posting that review, I noticed that Angel now refuses to serve me. On several occasions, when I get to the front of the line and she is working, she walks away or refuses to take my order.
I left my initial review hoping it would lead to better service, but instead, I feel like I’m being singled out and treated unfairly because of my earlier feedback. This has been disappointing and has made me feel unwelcome at this location. I hope management addresses this, as no customer should feel discriminated against for leaving...

Well today I did a mobile order for Mother’s Day that said it would be ready at 8:52 am. My husband went to get it and ended up having to wait over 30 minutes past the time it said it would be complete. If you do not have enough staff to serve customers consider closing online ordering and the walk up...
