I ordered off of Doordash and didn't know a Macchiato was a type of coffee I just always thought it was just a Caramel Macchiato so I ordered one with 3 shots of Blueberry. When I got my order it was very bland and watered down with no caramel. Doordash would only give me 3.00 of my 7.00 drink. I didn't even want to be refunded for my food as it was fine, just my drink. I told Doordash I'd file a claim with my bank but my sister told me to just call the store so I did. Expecting a manager to be kind and professional I got the RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL manager on the phone (Terry) who first stated that if the drink was watered down it was Doordashes fault. Then I told her it didn't taste right and she proceeded to basically scold me that it was my fault I ordered it that way and that I have to ask for caramel because they don't automatically put it in the drink. I didn't know this and she could have educated me in a kinder more respectful manner but instead she kept berating me about the drink. I finally say "What are you going to do to make this right? Because I don't want to have to call my bank and file a claim." It was finally after this that she agreed to remake the drink. I realize it was my mistake but I now know how to order my drink next time and I never complain and spend a lot of money here so idk why it was a big deal to remake my drink. A 6 minute phone call over a drink! Any other manager would have politely explained how to order it next time so I made sure to get what I wanted and then asked how they could make it right and offered to make me a new one. Once again I've never asked Dunkin to remake me a drink. I did get my drink remade today it tasted A LOT better then the one yesterday but based off my experience with rude manager Terry I am leaving this bad review and calling corporate as well as no longer spending money at this location. I may not even go back to Dunkin at all and spend my money at Starbucks and Dutch bros....and all of this could have been avoided with a better attitude and a little customer service. Read moreI grew up loving Dunkin Donuts, and my fiancé loved their breakfast bagels, however this location is the worst location we have ever ran into. We try coming here as customers, but I also do food delivery for Doordash and the customers as well as ourselves order regular things, but maybe only 1 time out of 10 visits do they actually have in stock what I need to order. I went a couple days ago and they were out of bagels for breakfast sandwiches and strawberry frosted donuts, which canceled 4/5 things my customer wanted. I spent the time to contact my customer and they agreed to change it to English muffins and Boston creams donuts... now suddenly I’m told they are out of both of those also. So I had to cancel the order. The staff was extremely rude to me like it was MY fault they didn’t order enough stock saying it’s not their fault they were busy, not to mention it was only 9am, so there’s no reason why a breakfast restaurant should already be out of breakfast food! They are consistently out of items which shows they just are not ordering enough inventory. I asked for the store manager and was told they had already left for the day and wouldn’t be back for at least a week. Read moreThis has been my 1st experience with this restaurant and Dunkin donuts in general and let me tell you it was the worst experience ever I understand they cannot control the volume of people putting orders In however I do not find it acceptable to have found my breakfast sandwiches to be Raw I tried calling them to let them know but nobody even answered the phone I'm assuming because they were busy The food was raw it was So grows we had a spit it out and put it in the trash.... I still had to drive somewhere else To get my children food..... customer service was awful now waiting for a response!
Follow up: I decided to go back and speak to somebody in person later this evening. I ran across a shift lead her name was Courtney let me just say that her professionalism was outstanding had the manager from the morning Been understanding... And took a minute to see what was going on I would have not had to go back later in the evening. We realized the phones were not working And I will say that I will not be going back in the mornings I will try to stop in the evenings and make sure that there is somebody Like miss Courtney running her shift. Her customer service was outstanding and she made me feel like she understood and really cared Thank you again and because of this my 9 year old is willing to give Dunkin donuts another try♡..
