Filibertos — Restaurant in Surprise

I am so disappointed in this location. Two weeks ago I ordered the super nachos with chicken and get home to find ground beef instead. I didn't make a big deal because the ground beef was good. Tonight, my husband and I ordered 5 rolled tacos w/ guac and cheese along with a full order of super nachos with chicken. We were charged for a full order of super nachos. When we arrived home we find instead an order of fries w/ chicken, jalapenos, sour cream and cheese. No, I'm not going back after I've already driven all the way home because the point of fast food is that I don't have the time to cook at home and wanted to pick something up on the way home. I don't understand what is so difficult... There was one car in the line besides me, not busy at all. The order was correctly repeated back to me twice as well and still wrong and I was over charged. I took my boss there and the food was good, a little small, but still, I ordered the beef burrito with everything and thought it tasted good. My boss got a tostada and it was fresh looking, but none of it was anything you couldn't make at home. What I dad a problem with was the service, I asked to use the restroom, which was locked and needed a key and the lady said, "The keys over there." I had to step behind the counter to search for the key. She repeated herself when I didn't immediately see it. The tone of voice was a bit impatient. I finally found the key unlocked the door, but as I was washing my hands I discovered they only had hand dryers and to get out I had to touch the keys, the water taps, and the door handle... ick. Went to this location on 9/30, ordered a carne asada burrito with cheese, rolled tacos with no guacamole and a bean and cheese burrito with x-cheese . After being told that the rolled tacos were made with guacamole by mistake we decided to take them anyway because we had already waited 10 minutes for our order. Got all the way home only to find out we didn’t get the 7$ (Although we were charged for it) carne asada burrito but instead it was a bean and cheese burrito that was $1.49 😡 And was charged .63 twice for the cheese and x-cheese that we never got! So basically we were charged over 6$ for something we didn’t get! And to top it off as we were waiting in the drive thru the car in front of us had actually parked and went inside to complain that there was something wrong with their order! This location has went downhill lately and no wonder there was a help wanted sign on...
