Everytime I go to Starbucks I’m reminded of why I never come here and why you all are working minimum wage jobs miserable with your lives. 5-6 of my coworkers and I met at this Starbucks for a quick meeting. 3 of us ordered drinks and then the other 3 did not order anything. Which you’d think should be absolutely fine given the fact that there were other people in there sitting on their laptops who ordered nothing. The girl with the tight dark brown ponytail and tattoo sleeve marches up to us and goes “I’m gonna have to ask you all to leave because you didn’t purchase anything”. My coworker asked her exactly what she was talking about because 3 of us had already purchased drinks, to which she goes “okay all of you didn’t though”. One of the people who didn’t order a drink literally has a nut allergy. None of the drinks or us sitting there was taking money out of this fragile baristas paycheck. People sit there on their laptops for 5 hours but we get berated and harassed by some chick with anger...
Read moreI went to get a vanilla latte and pike and the manager who said her name was Ashley grace and Tammy were both extremely rude, condescending and gave terrible customer service. They would not accommodate my order the way I usually get and told me point blank they could not make my two drinks the way I wanted them made. Tammy even slammed her fist and told me angrily I had to talk to corporate. I certainly am and I believe they both should be retrained to understand that customizing your drink is what Starbucks is known for. We typically go there each Sunday after church and spend on average $50 dollars as well as picking up coffee in the mornings so add another $25 to $35 dollars per week. This is literally the worst customer service I have had at any Starbucks in seven different states. I went to another Starbucks ten minutes away and their barista told my no problem and gave great service with a smile. I will never return to that...
Read moreToday is Mother's Day, and I decided to treat myself to coffee and breakfast at 5:40 AM. However, my morning was quickly ruined by the attitude of the lady working today. When I arrived at the pickup window, the lady with glasses and purple or green hair seemed put off when I asked may I have a straws and Sriracha sauce please and she gave me so much attitude and was so mad and told me next time you need to order this at the speaker box and not at the window. This isn't the first time I've encountered rudeness from this Starbucks, and I'm at my wit's end. If they don't enjoy their job, perhaps it's time for them to consider a change. After all, serving customers is a fundamental part of working in the service industry. Unfortunately, the attitude and behavior of some workers in this industry can be quite disappointing, especially in 2025 how times...
