Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Susquehanna Township

I havent been to an eat in Pizza Hut in years but Inhave fond memories of the place. My son picked here for his birthday dinner so I had to find a Pizza Hut that had dine in and this was one of like 2 or 3. Upon arriving we weren't greeted and when finally someone acknowledged us I stated there was two of us and would like to be seated. She replied with a curt what do you want to eat. I repeated that we wanted to be seated and she said she understood but you place your order before you sit down and then you seat yourself. So I asked for a menu and she told me there were no menus just the menus taped to the counter. After we placed our order I asked for fountain sodas but was told they only had bottled sodas. In the cooler they had 3 different flavors because it was practically empty. As we sat and waited I saw the take out area fill up. They were obviously under staffed and over whelmed. There was no manager in sight and the food took like 45 minutes to come out and then it came in take out boxes. I had to find napkins and salt and pepper. The food itself was average, nothing to get excited about but no complaints either. I understand that Pizza Hut has not really focused on the diIne in model but if you still are operating a dine in restaurant I feel you should still give a dine in experience. It was pretty bad and Pizza Hut needs to fix that. You wanna be carry out and delivery only then be that, otherwise you should make customers feel welcomed when dining in because I know in this experience I felt like we were just an annoyance to the...

I visited with a large family group. My sister called to make sure we were able to eat in the dining room - only to find that we would be ordering at the counter, using paper towels rather than napkins and having very limited assistance. It was disappointing that the crew was unable to make us feel welcome or valued. When I asked for ice and cups we were given paper cups and I overheard the manager tell the associate that she "really wasn't supposed to give us ice". Really? This is after we were directed to purchase individual 20 oz soda bottles in one of three flavors. We were told the fountain drinks were unavailable. We were served the pizza in the cardboard to-go boxes and no one returned to make sure that our needs were being met. We were completely ignored. It is no wonder that this restaurant does not have the business to provide table service considering the attentiveness they give to the diners that do...

I walked to the front and the lady asked how can she help. I stated that I placed an online order and gave my name. Another customer came in behind me and she said what his order was as he is a regular that usually has issues with this order. She processed his payment and gave him his food.
