Two Guys Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Susquehanna Township

We were in the Harrisburg PA area for vacation and decided to give this place a shot based on Google ratings.

Being from western NY where we regularly "Battle" our sister city for the title of "Best Pizza City in the Country" (No, NYC doesn't hold this distinction) and am spoiled by the amount of great pizza places... This place was alright.

It's more NYC style with the fold and sag, and it had decent flavor. I will say, it could have used a touch more salt in the dough, and the sauce was a tad sweet for my normal liking. But it was good.

I will say, their cheese steak that was loaded was great! Was was the best thing I got from there, and purely being in PA wanted a cheese steak. We cut it up into bit size pieces for a side with the pizza.

Definitely worth a shot if you live in the area and haven't been before, or if you happen to find yourself in the Harrisburg region.

Oh, also, the pizza prices in PA are SO MUCH MORE REASONABLE than in Western NY! Like by a large amount. I remember and miss these days of reasonable...

We regret not trying this amazing little gem sooner… Been staying at rocky the caboose by Fort Hunter Mansion the past three years this being our fourth just got in from Massachusetts tonight and decided to give this place a try this time and we were truly blown away by the quality and brilliant presentation of the Big Mac pizza and wow wee was it amazing by far one of the best if not The Best Pizza..!! I have ever had not to mention the staff was very friendly and actually advised me to get the large over a medium for the value and that in it self is a rarity service was top notch even the mozzarella sticks were out of this world yummy after 3 years of hunting for a good meal around here and there have been many prices were not a factor I will find it hard to go anywhere else to get a delicious meal at a very reasonable price this is now my go to here in Harrisburg Pa. We just tried this place for our first time. We went about 8pm so there was no one else there. They had clearly just mopped the floor (I don't think they were expecting any more guests even though they're open until 10pm on Sundays) They were very friendly and helpful. We got their "Everyday special: 2 large pizzas with a topping each for $20". We also got their calamari appetizer (while not the best I've ever had, it was still good).

Due to the bad reviews in the past, I went to check the bathrooms and the women's bathroom was clearly recently cleaned. The new owners are definitely doing their best to be clean and welcoming. They have a single TV playing as well as music in the background.

The prices and food are good. We are quite likely to go...
