This Wendy's is usually fast in getting your order prepared, the order is usually accurate this time was no exception. I was trying to order the 2/$3.00 that they have been advertising on TV but, when I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru and asked for it the cashier said they changed that promotion to something else and the only sandwiches available with that was a sausage biscuit or a cheese biscuit or the seasoned potatoes. That is definitely not what is advertised on the commercial! I did notice they didn't have any signs about that deal at all anywhere. The cashier was very nice about it but I was really disappointed. I got the sausage biscuit and the seasoned potatoes which are tasty. The food was very hot but the sausage biscuit was too greasy for me. It had a good flavor the biscuit was buttery and that with the sausage was too much grease for me, not that it was nasty or dripping with grease it was just too much for me. I should have just gotten a different breakfast sandwich. I like Wendy's breakfast menu but I don't usually order biscuit sandwiches of any kind from anywhere but that is all the promo offered. So don't be discouraged from ordering their breakfast items just be aware that the biscuits are buttery in addition to whatever else is...

Tonight we went in and there were only 2 other people waiting in for orders so I had high hopes. Ordered on the kiosk, waited a little over 20 minutes, and then the screen said my order was ready. I went to the counter and our food wasn't there. Order then disappeared from screen. I flagged down an employee to ask about my food. I basically had to tell him everything in my order, he proceeded to open various wrapped burgers at his station looking for our food. I had to repeat everything and he still messed it up. I went back up to the counter to get it corrected and the manager was arguing with the next person in line. That customer was mad that it took so long for someone to take their order. The manager argued that it would have slowed down the employees to come help them sooner. I eventually got the correct food and left.
I won't be going back to this location. They need to fix how they operate. If a manager and 5 employees can't handle these orders they may not be fit for a career...

I asked the "manager" to give us the fries for free since we were waiting in line for 35 minutes. She said very rudely, could do that. She said that there are 2 worker tending to the drive through. I told her that she has no respect for the customers waiting in line that long. When i got to the window, she refused to serve me. She was racist. I said to her, you should be ashamed of yourself for treat a customer so poorly. If she did not like her job, then she should quit not treat the customers poorly. What would it cost her to say, i throw in a frosty for your wait? I waited 10 minutes for my pizza a Panera and guess what, the cashier gave me a cookie for my wait.
