Los Hermanos Méxican Restaurant — Restaurant in Sutter Creek

I chose this restaraunt based on past reviews and I wish I would have passed.

The service was actually really great. The girl who took my order was pleasant. She was attentive to dine-in customers and packaged my food as soon as it was done. The interior was very clean and spacious. However, the problem was with the serving size.

The food was just not worth the price. Granted, I ordered the lunch special, chicken taco, rice and beans. The advertised price was $7.00 but I still expected a decent serving. It was everything but a decent serving. The food looked like I ordered a kids meal.

I will not be returning. I do not recommend this establishment if you are hungry. Try the taco truck...

Bottom line is this is a place offering a generous portion of food for great price. While the environment has room for improvement, the staff is warm and welcoming. Other patrons appeared happy to be here.

I had a shrimp taco (pictured below), it had huge chunks of shrimp in a decent size tortilla. It was fresh and surprisingly good.

I also had a Carne asada burrito (forgot to snap a picture). The steak was flavored very well, each bite or steak was well seasoned. Word or warning, this burrito is NOT tiny.

Their wings are also yummy...tasty little breaded bites or chicken with a kick.

I used to like this place, but the food lately hasn’t been good. The meat looks like cheap meat from stores that’s on sale because it’s expired. The last 2 times I received my to go order I asked for sour cream, and never got it. I even asked them if the sour cream was in the bag and this girl with braces said yes. Why charge a customer for something you’re not going to give them, and tell them it’s in the bag when they ask you? I won’t be returning. The food...
