So disappointed. They offer gluten free cones, dye free sprinkles and Vegan options. That sounds great, right?! I thought so too. So imagine my surprise that they had NO IDEA what items were actually allergy friendly. I am a celiac and simply asked if a certain hard scoop ice cream was gluten free and they had no idea. They wouldn’t even look up the ingredients. So I asked if the soft serve was and they said “I think so”. I immediately left because I knew I couldn’t trust anything there. I went to Northport instead and their ice cream place had a menu to tell me what was gluten free. If you are going to offer allergy free options then at least go the extra step to tell me what I can have on that gluten free...

I'm providing feedback on our visit 8/22. Staff stopped serving at 8:50 pm when they have 9 pm close posted online. They didn't give reason and seemed to simply want to leave early. To add insult to injury, we left our dinner early to ensure we made it in time. The staff had also declined another group that was already there when we had arrived (not sure how long they had been there).

10+ customers left in the lurch.
