THESE WORKERS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE!!! ESPECIALLY THE SO CALLED MANAGER EDWIN!! I placed a mobile order around 12noon for 1pm because I have a newborn baby to make things easier. I pulled up to the drive through at 12:55pm they told me to pull over to the side because they’re still waiting on the order which was fine.. I sat there until 1:45 pm STILL no recognition or food. I called in to remind them and was told by an employee AND the “manager” Edwin that they have other orders to get out and other people to tend to which were drive through orders that were getting their food with no hesitation and they’ll get to me when they can. I was transferred to the manager who was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me so I went into the store. The entire time I’m standing there with my newborn watching everyone else get their orders with ease, I finally just ask for a refund and the manager ignored me and told the worker to tell me I’ll get a refund within 48 hrs so I asked for a receipt he is still not speaking directly to me but to another coworker and says he’ll get to it when he gets to it. I’m trying to speak to other workers since the manager is being ignorant and rude and the other workers are exactly the same. I finally call corporate to report the issue and someone there assisted me with kindness and appropriate customer service manners which I appreciate. Read moreI've been a regular patron of this location for several years and the food has always been great for the most part. There was one Saturday sometime in the distant past my wife and I noticed the chicken was a little crispy and you could smell the old oil. I never mentioned it to anyone but my wife. When you’re going to Zaxby’s you always expect the food to come out hot and fresh; at least most of the time. Well just recently on a Saturday I got the same taste of burnt cooking oil. So I mentioned it to one of the workers and was told the oil is usually changed on Monday and that I had not been the only customer who had complained about it. So a few days later I called the customer care line to inform them of the problem. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and re assured me this was unacceptable. Now I wasn't calling then to get a free meal and certainly none was ever offered. I felt this was the right thing to do. Well remember the saying no good deed goes unpunished? A few days later I get a surprise call from the manager of this location asking me which employee told me this; as he tried to reassure me their oil is filtered daily. Read moreAfter being away from Georgia for a couple of years and not having Zaxbys I was excited to move back and be able to enjoy one of my favorite restaurant brands. This location has tarnished feelings for Zaxbys. I went to the drive thru on a Friday night, the place was super busy. I made my single order. When I got home I saw my finger plate only had three fingers, they were small and overcooked. I called and talked to a manager. She told me that I could come back for a replacement. I explained that I don't live in the area. She took my name and said that I could come in anytime, give my name and get the replacement free of charge. Fast forward to today Monday April 6, I got back to get my meal and I was handed 4 room temperature little tenders in a box... WTH? It wasn't my fault my order was wrong! What about my time and gas for having to drive back to this location? I was under the impression my entire meal would have been replaced. I didn't bother to say anything to the crew members.
