Taco Mac Suwanee — Restaurant in Suwanee

I went there a few nights ago. It was like 12am and this was the first time my husband had ever been to taco mac. We waited a little at the door before we could be seated so I ended up seating myself. We ordered nachos and 20 pc wings. I told the server I was craving something spicy and we ordered 4 different flavors. When she brought it out I asked if the was the death flavor and she said yes but was wrong it had a sweet taste to it. Later me and my husband ate a few wings but I noticed it was red. Then I looked carefully to notice they were all bleeding. Well we told the server and she said she will get a manager. The manager came out and tried to say it was the veins but all the chicken we opened up they were bleeding. I explained to the manager that I was breast feeding and I didn't want my baby to get sick from me eating raw chicken. I didn't want to hear any excuses but I am sorry and I will talk to the kitchen about this. If they cooked the chicken correctly they should have temped it 165 but they didn't follow protocol. Also we order another meal because we felt bad that that we couldn't eat the other meal even though we had already lost our appetite from the raw chicken We didn't eat and just took it home. Also we asked the manager for more jalapenos but never came back with it. So we just packed it up and threw everything away when we got home. When we got the bill the manager only took half off the wings. I called the server and asked what this was and she said that is my discount for the wings. I got really upset and just told my husband to pay for the bill. Later she came back with the bill and told me the manager made a mistake and took the wings off the bill. We purchased a Silver Comet and the Grilled Steak Quesadilla on 5/12/2022. I checked the order and found just the quesadilla in the box. I also ordered salsa and guacamole. I told the hostess at the door and she said, "We received 25 orders at one time, this is a quick fix." Another hostess brought me containers for salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. I said, Isn't this supposed to come with lettuce and pico de gallo?" She said, "OUR PICK UP ORDERS DON'T COME WITH THAT, BUT I CAN BRING YOU A RAMEKIN OF IT." I said, "Yes, I would like that." She went and got it and upon returning she said, "Again, our pick up orders don't come with this." I said, "The reason I ordered this was because I had this in the restaurant and knew it had the vegetables with it, so if it doesn't come with it it needs to say that on the menu." She said, "I'll let corporate know." Her tone was borderline snooty. I really don't want to hear excuses about why my order is wrong (25 orders at the same time), I want my order correct the first time. And if Corporate puts so much value on 1 oz of lettuce and 2 tablespoons of pico de gallo that makes it too much to put into a pick up order, then it shouldnt be the same price as what is on the in-restaurant menu! Well the broccoli is good as the long island ice tea but what I really came here for was the wings and they are absolutely horrid. I mean maybe I got the wrong flavor I can hear the crowd yelling now “YOU GOT THE WRONG SAUCE” try this one.. well the lemon pepper wet is not delicious or savory. I didnt find my taste buds craving the next one, and so lets get into why well for starters the crispy was soft and the inside was wet it was a inside wet wing not crispy on the inside if you’re a wing eater you know the difference and Im definitely a chicken tender eater so why I ate these wings I dont know I’ve been on a different diet lately but American deli wings are great I think ill stick to those and the spinach dip! Oh the spinach dip well it was good I mean it was edible its just not the best spinach dip ive tried and I dont always expect the best but its alright not the chunky piece of artichoke in there or extra cheesy goodness I was looking for but its alright it comes with bread too which in my opinion doesnt work for soggy bread its already soft and putting piping hot dip on soft bread makes it well kinda mushy in my opinion, wont be here again...
