I wanted to do an update on my review and increase a star since the store has improved their friendliness. I think somewhere like DD needs to focus on being friendly since we go to get coffee, ice cream, things to improve our day.

They have.

I like this location.

I have mixed feelings about this one.

Overall the store is usually clean, but the staff can come off very rude at times. One time I came in and the older man who works there was seriously glaring at me, like he was trying to be intimidating. Was really weird.

And the older woman as an example, this past weekend I asked for the bathroom key since it wasn't by the register and she started going on in another language, which...

There used to be a really nice old lady working there who ACTUALLY knew how to treat customers. Now, all of the employees there are super rude! And they don’t even try to help or be decent to their customers!

I know several people who used to work there and they quit soon after they got hired! The people that work there are just too irritatingly rude to be around.

The drinks are always either too low, not sweetened at all, like at all. And when you ask them to add a little bit more sweeter, because again there literally is none, she gives you a nasty stare and walk away.

I can say with almost full certainty, that most of the good reviews on this DD are from the time that the nice old lady used...

I used to visit when the old lady was handling the cashier and most things. She was one of the nicest Dunkin’ worker I ever met. Now, they have a very rude lady serving at the cashier!! She leaves 25% of the cup empty and if you ask her she answers with whatever BS and the worst attitude imaginable! Sometimes when I order a coffee with a pump of sugar they put like 5 pumps and give you attitude when you say it’s to sweet! I went to many DD stores before but this place is by far the worst in all aspects. They even asked me why I get so many free beverage coupon and said that they make no money when I do that.
