Great beer selection on draught and cans to go. Open seating which includes multiple large tables that can accommodate 8 or more people, additional tables for 4 people and 10 seats at the bar. I had a flight which included the coconut porter, blueberry wheat, the shack ipa and the mermaid blonde. All were very good but $14 per flight is pretty expensive. This place is across the street from the Swarthmore SEPTA regional rail (Wawa-Trenton line) station. Very convenient from downtown Philly; no driving required. Though there isn't a kitchen on the premises, there are a few take-out shops within walking distance. Also, there is a small outdoor seating area open during the Spring-Fall season.

Quite tasty beers here. We had the Abominal Snowman, a Belgian Strong Ale, the Double Overhead IPA, and the Mexican Stout. All the beers we had here were well crafted and tasty. They also have a few cocktail options. I believe my wife had a Moscow Mule which she enjoyed. There is no food, but plenty of people had brought in Pizza from outside. One thing to note; the night we were there, there were a ton of children there. They were quite boisterous and minimally supervised. I don't know if this is a regular thing, but if that sort of thing bothers you, you should be aware.

Very cool spot in Swarthmore with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It was crowded the Saturday we went, but we were still able to find a table. They check IDs and are pretty strict about it, probably because it’s right near the college. There were some nice options for non-beer drinkers, too! Try the POG Seltzer!

Nice location, setting and atmosphere but beer is mediocre at best except for Mexican Stout which is excellent on draft. Hoping beer will improve when Hannah steps in. I like the fact that 5 oz flights are offered in a place where no food is served, gives folks an opportunity to try beer before committing to a pint of something you may not necessarily like. Small tasters are fine but 5 oz flights are better. Outside take-out is welcome and there few half-decent food joints nearby. Will wait few months before we revisit, hoping beer quality will...
