I asked for a bacon egg & cheese biscuit sandwich. I asked for a fresh egg and was told they were busy and didn’t have time to make a fresh egg. I asked what do you mean you just crack an egg and fry it on the grill. I was told they didn’t have time to make a fresh egg. I said never mind I don’t want anything. I pulled into a space farthest away from the establishment to call my coworkers to see if they wanted something else. A person with a Hardee’s uniform approached my car. She said she wanted feedback and if I had ordered from that location before I said yes. She asked if I thought the eggs were not fresh and that’s why I asked for a fresh egg, I said no I didn’t want a folded egg but one cracked and fried on the grill. She said well we don’t make our eggs that way. I said well I’ve gotten sandwiches before with a fresh egg cracked opened and fried. She said well we use to have the prime rib sandwich that way but we don’t sell it anymore. I said well it’s still is on the menu so you should remove it. She said that she was the Manager of the franchise and they are different from what’s on the menu. I said I live in Carlisle and get my sandwiches that way and she said I doubt that they make their eggs that way. I asked how much longer she was going to be at my car being rude that clearly that was her point with approaching me in the first place and that I gave her the feedback she wanted so she could get away from my vehicle. She said well you can get off my parking lot. I said yes you are absolutely correct I can get off your parking lot but I need you to get away from my car first. Read moreStopped at drive through one evening to get some food bc was running errands n ddnt feel like cooking once got home. Placed order n asked for honey mustard dipping sauce as was not even asked what sauce I'd like. Get my food and drove home to find out the burger I ordered was a chicken sandwich with ham on it, the fresh fries I ordered was old fries that should have been thrown out instead of served and the honey mustard packets to dip chicken in was just mustard packets. Called store and spoke with manager who was actually very apologetic and explained she discovered after I left the cook without saying anything was making food ahead of mine as was waiting on chicken so I ended up getting half of my order and half of the car behind mine order and she was told the employer at the drive through who she just started working with that night was experienced and didn't need training which was obviously incorrect.. The manager was extremely apologetic and offered another meal or money back. Told her I was sick so money back. I ended up not making it back until going today because I developed the flu overnight and had no energy or strength to leave my house but I'm rating a 3 because of that managers professionalism, reassurance that she investigated the issue and apology for my experience and willingness to hold the refund until I recover n could make it...
Read moreUmmm no….just no……hot food? Nope…..I ask for extra pickles for my burger…lady comes to table to deliver the food ok cool….I request a cup of pickles….basically tells me I maybe charged. Obviously that wasn’t a factor being charged my thing was she never came back to the table…then my daughter goes to get the pickles and is told to wait in line…come again we already waited it was on the receipt as well my request for extra pickles which the burger had none….at this why should I wait in line if I already waited? You all don’t got enough help hire more ppl. After that the burger was not hot I ask for fast hot food not cold. Not happening again as far my family using this location for food…..other customers waiting for excessive amount of time for food too that had breaks and aren’t show to get accommodated at least you offer a refund.
