No stars of its possible. This place has given me problem after problem. I kept trying to give it a chance since its they only one closest to my house but the service is just plain awful.

The first time they forgot an egg roll with the order, not a huge deal, but when we called to let them know they said we weren't charged even though it was circled on the menu. And we were charged. Kept hanging up on us so I had to drive over there and collect the money. They were not pleased when I told them I was the one they kept hanging up on. So they gave me attitude about charging me for something I did not receive.

The second time my dad put in a call ahead order, they told him 10 minutes. He called ahead so that the food would be ready by the time he arrived. So he waited 10 minutes and then went over to pick up and pay for his order. He got there and they hadn't even made the food yet, everybody was standing around and then they asked him if he wanted to wait for it to be made, he said no, that's the reason why i called ahead. Again, more attitude.

The last time was a few days ago, I called at 9:30 for delivery my house is about five minutes away, if that, me and my boyfriend wanted a night in. So I call I place the order. The lady that's taking my order is asking me what i want but then talking in background to other people (coworkers I'm guessing, different language) so i repeated myself several times. So a whole hour goes after I called by then i start to think they forgot or something. So i call and tell person "our food still not here" she says " wait few more minutes, very busy, be there soon" so i give it literally like 10 more minutes and nothing. They close at 11 and it's like 10:45 at this point so I'm just frustrated. So my boyfriend calls to see if we should just cancel the order. She tells him that the guy is going to be there soon that she'll call him and hangs the phone up. So, I'm pissed me and boyfriend decide its just not worth it so I call back to tell her I don't want the food anymore she then tells me that they were super busy and had a lot of orders and there was a long wait but no one told me on the phone that the wait was over an hour when I ordered. I asked her and you're still going to want me to pay full price even though I'm getting my food almost 2 hours later, she said yes because it was a busy night, I told her I don't want the food, she complained about having to call the guy again and she hung up. By the time she hung up on me it was 11:00 and the delivery guy still wasn't there.

Worst customer service EVER. Worst. Me and my family are never eating here again. We've found another place with better food and better service and they deliver...

Do not eat there, ordered a meal from this place yesterday..chopped wings with shrimp fried rice a d 2 shrimp egg rolls that had no shrimp, was not crispy, tasted more like cardboard..the rice was brown, that really looked old...like yesterday's rice..I'm use to a yellow type texture..but seemed ok, took half home, later gave to my son...next day, myself and my son woke with upset stomachs. I called the restaurant and was told that they add soy sauce to the rice..then conversation was taken over by delivery guy who told me they fed that rice to 60 plus ppl and me and my son are the only two with an issue..I also explained to him that everyone digestive systems are not the same..he tried to talked over me to basically say if I got sick it wasn't their food bc it was only me and my son..I was not making it an issue just sharing...but as of today..right my stomach is still upset...and if my stomach gets worse or no change I will go to the doctor..and if there is anything that says this places food is the cause...you will have a problem then...oh..and was told that yellow rice is more of a Spanish thing...all my Yeats of eating Chinese food shrimp fried rice has always been yellow not brown...so I could say brown rice is more of an Jamaica food. But you better hope my stomach gets better....period. I only ordered bc my job did..but I think ya place is dirty anyway.

It took over an hour to get my PARTIAL food order. When I told them they didn't bring me all of the order, they told me they gave me an egg roll instead of the soup I ordered. Uhm no. I don't want an egg roll, i want what i ordered. They asked if i wanted it still i said yes! Another hour passes, still no food. I call again oh they forgot, I'll make it now,bye. ANOTHER HOUR LATER I call again. Oh can we just give it to you next time you order from us? NO I haven't eaten yet I want what I paid for I can't leave work just bring me my food! They hung up on me. ONE MORE HOUR. I'm just coming to get it I'm now off work just give me my food! Just wait someone is coming. Twenty more minutes they finally show up and call me and tell me to come outside. Really? You can't even deliver it to me. This was absolutely the worst service I've ever had. I will NEVER order from here again and make sure anyone I know does not go here either. They are literally 5 streets away, only 3 minutes drive, and it took 4 and a half hours to get me my...
