Hello. Well my wife and I went to this place on a Saturday afternoon. They close at four so it was around two thirty, three. There was only one couple there who left soon after we arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After we ordered I had a look around. The motif fits the name, hunting. The pictures and display items are geared to the more genteel type of hunting. It's a nice atmosphere and there is little traffic noise. My major hang up was the restrooms, (see photos). There are two of them side by side. They are both unisex. As you can see in the pictures they were in a horrible condition. I don't know how busy they were through the day, forgot to ask. However being busy is no excuse for letting them get so bad. They were cleaned and restocked before we left. Also the restrooms are up two steps. If one forgets about the steps when coming out, well... The food was good, no complaints there. Although I gave three stars I recommend the place. I know we will be back. Thanks for reading and I'll see you next time, bye!

After shopping in town my husband and I stopped here for lunch based on multiple shop owners and a few other town shoppers suggestion. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Walking in felt inviting and comfortable, the food smelled good. It took a bit to get seated because the staff waiting tables were also seating. I ordered the patty melt with sweet potato fries and both were pretty good. My husband got French onion soup and a BLT. The soup was good, but not like traditional French onion soup I've had in other restaurants. The BLT was very average on really hard bread, I'd not get this if I came here again. I did not try a cookie but saw them in the counter. They were humongous! Town folk say the cookies are good. The staff was friendly and the bathrooms were clean. If I were in Sweetwater I'd eat here again but I'd try something different for good measure. This restaurant left me feeling satisfied.

Great food at affordable prices. I got a Greek salad with grilled salmon that was delicious. Salmon was a good portion, I wasn't left feeling hungry. Sweet potato fries tasted fresh and were cooked to perfection. Also got a pineapple upside down cake to go, from the bite I took it's moist and full of flavor. The staff was super friendly and my cup never went empty as my server was on top of it. With everything I ordered my bill was still under $30. I'd say this is a must stop if your in Sweetwater.

Just finished lunch here. Was really looking forward to trying this place, but was left very disappointed. We arrived at 2pm. Had a wait for a table, no biggie. We were seated and had to wait about another 10 mins to give our drink order. We went ahead and ordered our food at the same time. Our server, to his credit, was very attentive. After our order was put in, we did not receive our food until 3pm. This is with the cafe emptying and people coming in after us and getting their food. There was zero communication as to why it was taking so long. Then, upon receiving our order, the food was average. A chicken sandwich was ordered Cajun and had zero spice. As I’m writing this, I watched a party our same size come in, and they have already gotten their food. Not to mention the fact it was not mentioned that none of the entrees come with sides, so that was extra. I made sure to look at the menu and it is not noted there either. Unfortunately I will...

My sister and I ordered French onion soup. It was barely lukewarm when we got it. We asked if they could reheat it. Made us keep our soup spoons and and came back with a microwave zapped soup that was still barely warm. Sister had Patty melt and bun was not toasted. I had New York strip that was very tough and was never given a steak knife. A very disappointing experience. Last time I ate here was 8 years ago and was great. Either it has gone way down hill since then or had a bad night. Either way a terrible dinner this night and think of a dozen restaurants in Monroe County that would have presented a better meal. Get your act together. At one time I would have said you were very good. If you like French Onion soup don't bother. Broth with onions., lumpy piece of cold cheese and piece of soggy bread, all cold. I loved this restaurant at one time and was so embarrassed touting to my sister how good it was in the past. Hopefully it is a...
