Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Sweetwater

I had placed an order through the app around 8pm my husband called an hour later to follow up on the order. They had cancelled it saying they "couldn't reach us" so he placed another order over the phone. After that we gave it another hour mind you it was like 810 we ordered we reordered like at 10:10 realizing we havent received the order. Then when we call to follow up! They have the nerves to say they cancelled the order again and that no one "answered the phone" what happened to knocking on the door! . When I got really mad is because they kept saying that they had come and that my Trailer has 3 doors. I told them they were at the wrong place obviously because my trailer only has 1 door and that I have ordered from them 21 years and every driver has always delivered my pizza mind you we are 5 mins away. Not only that! I spoke to Martha telling her I was very mad because my grandma has diabetes and it has been 3 hours she said she didnt care and to call the store...

My order was incomplete. It was missing an order of breadsticks. I called the store to inform them. After waiting on hold for at least five minutes, I explained the problem. They told me that if I wanted the breadsticks delivered, it would take an hour and a half or two hours, which is obviously excessive. Also, I ordered both pizzas with garlic buttery crust. The large pizza was regular crust and the medium pizza had only partial garlic buttery crust. This was not resolved by the store. When the missing breadsticks arrived, there was no sauce! To top it all off, while both delivery drivers were wearing face masks, neither wore gloves, even while handing me a pen to sign the receipt. Overall, I was extremely disappointed and displeased. Even though Pizza Hut has long been one of my favorite of the major national pizza chains, this experience has made me seriously consider whether to ever order from Pizza Hut again, especially from this...

At 9:35 pm I order a pasta from here. At 10:21 the lovely delivery man gets here with "my order." The pasta comes with breadsticks originally, so I got the breadsticks, but no pasta. Instead I received cinnamon sticks. No problem, the boxes look alike anyways, I called the driver about two minutes afterwards letting him know I got the sticks instead of the pasta so he tells me he'll go get some from the store. I call at 11:10 because I still haven't gotten my food or heard back. "Oh, I'm sorry, we didn't do anything because you didn't answer when we called so we assumed you got mistaken", I was on my phone the whole time making sure I still had signal, no calls. Ends up sending it, 11:43, and I FINALLY get my food. Oh also, I live a mile away from the store, and the pasta takes 15 minutes to bake, the lady told me herself. More than two hours to get a pasta that takes 15 minutes to bake, and of course by now the breadsticks are cold and...
