Fritanga 505 Inc — Restaurant in Sweetwater

I stopped by the Fritanga on my way home to try some delicious Nica food and I am not disappointed. If you are looking for a traditional authentic Nicaraguan food restaurant, look no more the Fritanga and Raspaderia Nica is the place to go. As soon as I entered the delicious smell invaded me, I had to get some carne asada!... but wait, I ended up getting pork, chicken, chicharrones and tamales as well. Great service and super affordable, we were even informed of a special plate done on Saturdays called bajo which is super soft slow cooked meat with special seasonings. You can also get queso fresco, mantelquilla, pan, aguacates and more. I was unfortunate not to get the lengua (tongue) so I will defenetely go back for it. 6/29/25 - 4:00 PM: Came in and ordered Carne Asasa, Lengua, Gallo Pinto, Fried Plantains and Fried Cheese. Everything gets a rating of 10 out of 10 except for the gallo pinto which was not bad when eaten with the sauce from the lingua. But, by itself, the gallo gets a rating of 7.5 out of 10. NOW, the lady at the counter with the glasses was out right rude and had a nasty attitude. I had to check her and ask why such a bad attitude. Note to the owner: this lady should not be at the counter servicing. She is destined to drive your customers away. You should move her from the counter and put her somewhere in the back peeling yucca. I would have given your establishment 4 stars but here nasty attitude...

Stay away from this business. I ordered from Uber Eats. They only gave half of my entire order to the Uber driver, and the workers at this place treated this Uber driver really nasty, practically forcing him out of the store because it was closing. They didn't care that the Uber driver was telling the workers that the order was missing many items. Also, the food quality is terrible. They didn't even add extra fried cheese from the 2 items I actually received. A total waste of money. Any company that treats others the way they did to my Uber driver deserves to be shut down.
