Every time Iâm in Miami I make the trip out to Quesillos Guiliguiste . Itâs been there for years and the quality continues to not disappoint. They are still the best in Miami, the price has gone up as has everything in Miami but they are worth every bite. When I lived here I spent a couple of years trying different quesillos in my quest to find the best ones. I had to come back to Guiliguiste. The tortilla to cheese ratio is perfect, a bite of both all the way to the end, the tortilla is not too thick (as other places make them too fat) and will not break when you roll it as in other places, they put it in a plastic baggie so you can continue to squeeze the cream upwards as you eat it and maintain the tortilla rolled up the whole time. The owner is always there, the place is clean and the sweet older lady who works there ( Angelita ) is a gem. I noticed this time the music they had playing was very nice. Beside the taste, the quesillos had no flavor, they were super dry, barely had sour cream and only a few chunks of onions, the customer service was horrible, the worst attitude from the owner and his employees.
