Scott's Tots Food Truck — Restaurant in Sweetwater

I was at MooFest and saw a long line. I was hesitant but the food truck looked welcoming and their presentation was top notch. They helped me decide between the Totchos and the Smash burger, like it would've made a difference. I settled on the Smash burger and man was it spot on. It was the best smash burger I've had since eating at the SmashBurger restaurant. It came with a side of tots, which I had loaded up with cheese and bacon. I also got the brussels. The tots were tender and fresh, not dry and crusty. This place is worth the price because the quality is out of control good! I couldn't get over the quality of everything and in a food truck! I can't wait for the next time they are in my area. I'd say this place is on par with, or better than most, if not, all of the BBQ places around this area, and I'm from TX and I know BBQ, and I smoke BBQ. I got to try Scott’s Tots for the first time last week and it was AMAZING. This burger (the Smash burger) was literally the best burger I’ve had in my whole life. The tots that came on the side had just a tiny kick and paired perfectly with the burger.

Something that I want to mention, though, is what I noticed while watching them work. John Lee was so patient and kind to each and every customer that he came in contact with. Being a small business owner myself, I know how important relationships are and I could tell right away that he was top notch. We booked Scott’s Tots for our wedding and had the best experience with Scott and John. They were so helpful with what options we should serve and even offered to serve the whole menu for us so our guests could choose for theirselves and have all of their amazing options, from the loaded tots to all the good sides (the brussel sprouts are more than to die for), and all of their drink combos. I heard raving reviews for the lavender lemonade, Mac and cheese, the Nashchicken tot, and the chili tot and so many more other things ordered.
