I am very appreciative for this particular Wendy's & specifically their teammates Beck, Laura & Dylan.
it was lunch time & a member of my team offered to get us all Wendy's down the street from the hospital we were working at, everyone wrote their orders down & by her words she said the drive thru was moving smoothly, so it wasn't long before she was back & everyone had their meals,
unfortunately there was a slight mix up, I accidentally received someone else's order & we could only assume because of the lunch rush, the workers at Wendy were already working hard & we didn't blame them one bit,
I called back, explained the issue to our friend Beck over the phone & she was quickly able to offer a solution - when I arrived, Laura & Dylan heard my concern, verified with their team leader & quickly remade my order so that I could eat.
the reason why I'm so thankful, is because without my order being remade in time (& I also used the last bit of cash I had on hand) my blood sugar would have dropped as time passed & I would have passed out/collapsed until I was able to bring my levels back up.
they were all so kind to me & because I was able to get my order remade quick, hot, & fresh, I was able to avoid another accidental trip to the Emergency Room lol

Read moreI understand that sometimes staff decide not to come to work. It's disruptive. I get it. We were 7 hours into a 12 hour car trip home. We wanted to relax for 20 minutes and enjoy a meal in the restaurant. We ordered online using the app. When we arrived the doors were locked, although there were diners in the restaurant. The manager meet us at the locked door and told us that the dine-in area was now closed because of call offs. We ate our dinner in the car in the parking lot. This family of six was very disappointing that we didn't get the break from the car that we were expecting. We only wanted a lit table and some seats to have our dinner. We didn't need table service. Read moreLiterally the worse experience at a wendy’s in years. Total chaos. Even the soda is colored water and the freestyle was out of non-flavored. I had to go back to the counter. The workers were trying the best they could but it was still absolute chaos.
10/5/22 This place got better for like a minute but it’s back to being horrible again. The manager herself in the drive thru I had to repeat my order three times because she was distracted and still she messed it up.
Other workers too busy socializing with people ahead of me and high five-ing people to focus on the work in front of them to do it right while a literal pile up is happening in the drive thru. Come on...
