This is a great place. I eat bojangles on a regular because they are close to where my office is in candler nc. I have a crew currently working on 107 in sylva and had called in an order for 14 people at 10:30 am hoping to have for these guys by lunch time. Mike (bojangles manager) and his crew on Saturday never complained one time. As a matter of fact they went above and beyond to provide the best service they possibly could while still serving everyone else coming in the door as well as through drive through. Mind you there was a car wash fundraiser going on in their parking lot which was drawing customers to them, as well as regulars, and folks traveling. Some people came through the door complaining, but never one time did one person working there lash back or complain. They continued to serve their best with a smile. All while doing so, Mike kept the lobby held down and everything moving as well went back and checked my order at least twice to make sure everything was good. Not knowing I was there to pick up that order. I hope this reaches their cooperate office. This facility needs to be recognized. Thank each and every one...
Read moreCame here just to get a plain biscuit for a sick child and two chicken supreme meals . No other cars were in the drive-thru and the dining room is closed. I get to the speaker and they inform me it will be a minute. 14 minutes later they finally take my order. The guy at the window I think his nametag said Dylan. He just had a bad attitude and she was just trying to rush me to get outa there!! The biscuit it seems has way too much flour in it(tasted a smidge like flour and was dense) and it was cold. Just annoying especially after I had to wait 1/4 of an hour for it. The supremes were rock hard on the outside and cold on the inside. Fries were rock solid. Just inexcusable especially for $15. If it weren’t for no one to watch me kids I would have returned and just got a refund. This is a common issue here(Maybe 1/2 the time) but it is the only bijangles in town so if your kids are picky like mine you are stuck dealing with them. Kiss the bojangles in my old town! Had none of these issues and food was consistent unlike here. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN...
Read moreIn MY honest opinion, they put way way to much salt on everything. I got two fish sandwiches, and frys so much salt on the Fry's that I couldn't eat them. Went in the trash. The fish sandwiches had so much salt I had to ask for more tarter sauce to drown out the salt, And why don't they have ketchup out where you can get it without waiting at the counter till someone See's ya. I could have drowned out the salt on my Fry's. Also, the fish sandwich in the commercial shows a big piece of fish, cheese hanging out all sides of the bun, with lots of tarter sauce. Ha, the cheese is 2in. By 2in. The fish is not the size you see on TV, there is about a teaspoon of tarter sauce. If you want a pretty good fish sandwich, while on sale, go to Arby's. Much better. If you want to see for yourself, watch the commercial, go to Bojangles, then...
