I had not had taco bell in over a year and decided to have a go. As I'm sitting in the drive thru (stuck in the drive thru as there is no where to go when you get in it) one of the employees opens the backdoor of the building and yells at us that they are out of all beef. I thought it was a little strange to have an employee yell at the drive-thru from the back door like a bunch of factory workers at lunch. I ordered a steak burrito as they said they had steak in place of beef, But I was told sternly by the manager or someone in leadership role over the mic that I was not allowed to replace any other Items with steak that had beef or they would run out too quickly which I thought was odd also since they had already run out of ground beef. By the time I got to the window I already felt unwanted there and a little nervous about how my food was going to come out since the energy I felt from the employees was that they did not want to be there and they were frustrated and over everything. Customers feel that, but unfortunately these days it's rare to go anywhere that you get good service. I received my items, the girl at the window at least smiled at me. I got home and I had a BEAN AND RICE burrito. I waited in a line I was stuck in, was yelled at twice, and paid for something I didn't even want. I was dissapointed as I don't eat here often. I guess fast food won't ever be he same as it used to be before Covid, because literally everyone feels entitled and no one cares about the quality of work or product they put out. I will continue buying local or...
Read moreFirst of all I would just like to state how awesome Taco Bell is. I am a taco lover, college student, and late night eater. Taco's are literally the best thing invented in the entire universe. What other one piece of food can you eat that gives you your grains, dairy, vegetables, fruit, and protein? Nothing. Now to make the world a better place they have come out with Taco Bell breakfast. Let me tell you it is the best thing I have ever put in my mouth and it was the first day of the rest of my life. I am now a morning person. I usually take forever to get out of bed in the morning, but now I hit the ground running, on my way to Taco Bell. They have a pretty interesting breakfast menu, as you would imagine. They have the waffle taco, which is a waffle bent into the shape of a taco with eggs, cheese, and comes with a side of syrup to dip it in. It comes with sausage or bacon also. They also have an AM crunchwrap which is a tortilla with eggs, hash brown, cheese, and jalapeno sauce grilled into a pentagon shape. This comes in steak, bacon, or sausage. This is a great morning breakfast to eat on the run because it stays together really well while you are eating it. The other most interesting breakfast menu item is called Cinnabon Delights. They are little balls of pastry with sugar on the outside and frosting on the inside. Delicious. Overall I can say Taco Bell has changed my life for the better and has gotten me awake/alive in the morning faster in one day then my mom has been able to...
Read moreI walked into the lobby at around 9:00 at night. I was extremely disappointed by the actions of several employees. The male employee that was making my food was great no complaints whatsoever he did a good job. He requested someone make a Baja freeze for the guests in front of me. He asked if someone could make it and another employee in the back of the restaurant yelled "hell no, you can go kill yourself". He said I wasn't talking to you I was talking to somebody else. Directly after that the female employee on the other side preparing food was complaining about there be people in the lobby she said she's going to close the lobby as soon as they get out. As soon as she said that another guest walked in the door and with a rude attitude she told them that they were closing the lobby. When she was going back to the other side to prepare food she finished bagging it up and kind of slung the bag over next to the employee that was preparing my food, he stopped what he was doing to shake his head. I was in the restaurant for 18 minutes waiting on my food, and I heard three different employees, cussing...
