I went to the store attached and seen a terrible example of human being first off I am white and I witnessed 2 store employees making racial comments to another employee who was black "I know you like watermelon" I thought, well I guess they know each other but my boyfriend let me know it was rudeness as he witnessed the rest of the conversation That's the first bad experience at your establishment let me move on Apparently it was near closing as there were 3 "boys" who running the store the cash register attendant was the best employee out of all of them there and I step on that compliment lightly I purchased the first time a returned winning lottery ticket and inquired about coffee because the pots were all empty and I am an avid coffee drinker and couldn't believe there wasn't any coffee in at least 1 he said he could make some and I said please well I walked to to the coffee area and a customer behind me arrived at his counter and he continued on to help him 2 employees were at the counter adding numbers on a paper i am assuming cashing out for night and one commented (I am assuming he is the manager in charge) ok we put that in there and we are closer to balance ( cant recall actual wording but it meant that) (I was thinking his register is off...wondering why neither was helping the man at counter? Or making coffee for me so I told the cashier I would make the coffee .... He mumbled something as I walked away well i got there and realized he had said it had to be grind and stuff and I just waited he said he had just cleaned all the pots so he wanted to make what I wanted and I got very little conversation from this young man I had a one sided fun conversation with a no fun cashier I walked away thinking man he was uptight and rude but I did feel bad because I hate to make more work fir anyone but I did "need" the coffee for trip home on 129 long day a i was sleepy and I can't sleep on a sleepy driver home anyway, I left feeling what a rude little bunch of people and the cashier could have been the new guy I say that because he follwed the rules, I could see he was the one doing all the work and probably a little frustrated while the other 2 put closing store out ahead of customers which as a boss I know those things are important but move it out of the "peoples" site Which 90% I say but its probably more will walk away with .. What a rude cashier... pleaze pass that info on to that gentleman for his future growth as I go on you will see why I feel that is important for him to know because I now see great potential of him as an employee and our future as people who "care and want to be successful" I cant even tell you his name Well we then went to the dairy queen side and ordered some food Chicken crispy and chicken grilled not good fries were awesome at first but as we ate them we both tasted other food maybe onion rings so old grease I imagine which could have also been the crispy chicken problem it was his and he said several times it was the worst chicken sandwich he ever ate and I offered him mine bexause I didnt like it at all but the flavor was good i forgot to add cheese which waa my fault milk shake he said was awesome and I drank some of the Pepsi and it was good We sat in your lot and ate we had traveled through 129 from Tennessee to your town and were headed back home and decided to check the little town out and picked your place for the milkshake so least our mission ended positively Well i won 4 bucks so I decided to go in and again 2 still not working and casher still not happy but still did the job on his description for proceesing money transactions For the guy learn to deal with difficult co-worker and people for that matter. Smile 😃 and make me think you want to make coffee ....even if you want to rip off my head. Suck it up and know the public is a cruel cruel battle. Just wanted the manager to know. I would...
Read moreRecently, I had the unfortunate experience of dining at an Arby’s location, and I feel compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with every aspect of my visit. From the moment I entered the restaurant to the time I left, the experience was nothing short of terrible. What was supposed to be an enjoyable meal turned into an ordeal that left me frustrated, disappointed, and determined never to return.
First and foremost, the staff at this Arby’s was shockingly rude. Rather than being greeted with a smile or a friendly welcome, I was met with eye rolls and an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them simply by placing an order. When I politely asked a question about the menu, the employee responded in a dismissive and irritated tone, as if I should have known the answer myself. It’s one thing to be busy or under pressure, but basic courtesy and respect should never be too much to expect.
The food itself was equally disappointing. I ordered what I thought would be a fresh, hot meal, but what I received was cold, greasy, and unappetizing. The sandwich was soggy, the meat tasted old, and the fries were limp and flavorless. I’ve enjoyed Arby’s at other locations in the past, but this particular meal was downright nasty. It was clear that little care had been put into preparing or presenting the food.
As if the poor attitude and bad food weren’t enough, the service was painfully slow and disorganized. I waited far longer than reasonable for my simple order, even though there weren’t many other customers in line. When my food finally arrived, it was incomplete, and I had to go back and ask for the missing items. This only seemed to irritate the staff further.
Finally, the atmosphere in the restaurant was incredibly unpleasant. The dining area was loud, chaotic, and dirty. Tables hadn’t been cleaned, trash bins were overflowing, and the noise level made it impossible to enjoy any part of the meal. Rather than a casual, comfortable place to sit and eat, it felt more like a stressful, unpleasant environment that I couldn’t wait to leave.
In conclusion, my visit to Arby’s was marked by rude staff, nasty food, poor service, and a terrible atmosphere. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously, as no customer deserves to have such a negative experience. I sincerely hope improvements are made so that future guests do not have to go...
Read moreThis was the absolute worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. We arrived around 9:35 pm on 10/21/20 and they did not greet us. They said “someone will be with you in a minute” and never confirmed that they were ready for our order. When we started ordering, we found out that the blender was broken, so no blizzards or milkshakes. We asked if we could get a blizzard that just wasn’t blended and after a minute the worker said “Uh, he said that’s fine”. We get to the window and have to wait about another five minutes just to pay while three separate coworkers glared into our car and nobody offered to come to the window. There was one worker without a mask, one with long hair that wasn’t tied back, and not a single one had a name tag on. Once we had paid, we didn’t get a receipt. They started handing out orders and I had a question about one of the banana splits and they said they didn’t get one banana split on the order, which was the first thing we ordered. They ring that one up and I pay for it, still no receipt. When they open the window again, I asked for the receipts so everyone could know how how much to pay me. It was then that a worker walked over to the other end of the store and dug both of them out of the trashcan and didn’t even change his gloves after, as if digging in the trash for my receipt wasn’t bad enough, he still had to hand out the rest of our order with a trash glove. They gave us no lids for our drive through orders so they melted everywhere while we waited and made a mess and made a mess on the people in the car. They gave us no napkins and they gave us a spoon that was way too small for the food. There also wasn’t a bag for our six orders. On top of that, they nearly forgot one of the orders. A 1 Star is...
