I recently dropped my phone into water. The charge port got wet and I didn't thoroughly let it dry (Defiantly my fault). Owner was kind and professional, and they looked at my phone for free, I was very thankful for that as repair can cost so much. The lady who answered the phone was a joy to speak with and the customer service was wonderful. The phone would connect to a device, but it couldn't hold a charge. I didn't want to pay 200 to replace the phone, and the $60 repair sounded great for a moment of stupidity on my end. When I got my phone back, it turned on and would charge, but after about 6 minutes I have to reset it, as the screen goes crazy. I used the phone 2 days before it died after dropping it and the screen was fine, the charge port was what I had issues with. Now I have a phone that I cant really use, although for financial reasons its all I have. they say if the fix does not work, you don't pay for it. I felt the phone came back broken in another way, and that was a loophole for the service to charge. Had I known the phone would really be usable I wouldn't have spent that money and put it into a new phone.. I cannot prove the screen was damaged when it was removed, but I dont know why it would have started after the repair. No one could have known. People need to make money, and sometimes things cannot be fixed. I just wish I could have known before I sank $60 into the lost cause. My only suggestion is to make sure a buyer is aware they are responsible for all damages that occur after the phone is fixed if the original issue is resolved. Again, I didn't have a terrible experience, just frustrated at the loss. Also, after reading the reviews and the responses by the owner, i'm afraid to leave a review. Working in customer service for a living; I know there will be times you disagree with a customer and want to give them a piece of your mind, but you cannot let your frustration show when responding to clients. In conclusion, I want to say this shop is the only one that would work on my phone, as its an odd brand, and the staff is kind and helpful. They also will tell you the price to fix your phone before doing it. My cons would be the fact my phone came back with a new issue and I paid for a virtually unusable piece. I did want some stuff off the phone, but not enough to pay 60 and still need a new phone. I thought I was paying 60 to fix the phone and it still be usable. My review is about my personal experience, if you are in a place where you are looking at buying a new phone if the fix does not work, buy a new one. When your phone is messed up internally, there is a slim chance it will ever be the same. On the other hand, look into seeing if they can recover the data, if so it is worth the 40 dollars! I cannot emphasize enough if you feel your phone is messed up internally, really look into replacing it. There are so many things we dont need on our phones, some lost pictures are not the end of the world even if it feels like it in the moment. Do regular backups to prevent lost data. If you have nothing to loose, give them a try. My review is completely neutral. I hope this helps anyone thinking...

A friend had his phone charger port repaired and dropped it off on a Monday and they assured him it would be finished on Wednesday or Thursday. The price estimate was $110 because they had to replace the screen also. I drove over an hour away to pick it up for him on Thursday (after he had called and they said it would be ready at 6), only to be told it wasn't ready and would be another day. That's fine. I was a little ill but it happens. Drove back at 12 Saturday after they sent a text message on Friday and said they were open 12-4 and the phone was finished. No one showed up and so I sent a text to the number on the door and said I needed to pick up the phone for my friend. without going into all the additional details the technician went back and forth with me by way of text message for a while before finally showing up about 12:30. After that he displayed a major attitude and said," I am lucky to even be getting my phone back because we're in the middle of a pandemic and our hours change without notice," whatever that means. Then they raise the price to $120.91 without any kind of explanation for the increase price. Go anywhere else but here.

i went in to have my front and back glass replaced and was explicitly told it would be done with “genuine apple parts”. I picked up the phone and got a notification saying there was a non-genuine apple component in the phone. i brought it back to the store and asked about it and he admitted it was not a genuine apple screen. He basically told me that it’s not his problem and that we can agree to disagree on the matter. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! he is a scammer and extremely rude. not to mention the store was absolutely filthy.
