Usually, if I order at the restaurant, my sandwich is fine, but online is always a gamble. Today, I ordered online, and my sandwiches were way wrong. Ordered double meat on one sandwich (bacon & chicken, which I paid extra for), there was no double meat, and they put steak on it as well.. The other sandwich was totally wrong, missing ingredients I ordered. I paid extra for bacon, which was not on there, and they put chicken and steak on it.. only ordered chicken and bacon, as well as some veggies (some of the veggies were missing, too). Called in, and they offered to remake them for free, which is fine, but it's the principle of how wrong it was, and I just wanted my money back. Went in for the refund and was told they couldn't put it back on my card and could do cash only.. Kind of irritating, but whatever. Was told that they only refunded the sandwiches, not the chips, which I understand. What I don't understand is why they didn't give me back the $8 I tipped?? The food was wrong, so regardless of the fact that they made the sandwiches, why would I tip them when they were wrong and I had to drive out of my way to go get my money back?? When I asked why it wasn't a full refund, I was met with attitude from someone who seemed like they were looking for a fight when I wasn't behaving in a manner that warranted that kind of behavior. Read moreThe Subway location I usually visit is on WCU's campus since that is the closest location to me, but I have passed this location many times when I have gone into town. We recently got a $10 gift card to Subway, so I ordered ahead on the Subway app to use it. I ordered an Ultimate B.M.T. footlong with Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, toasted, provolone as my cheese, and lettuce, cucumbers, oil, red wine vinegar, black pepper, salt, oregano, and parmesan cheese for my toppings. My partner got the Elite Chicken and Bacon Ranch footlong. We used a discount code to get both footlongs for $12.99 total, so with my gift card, I only paid about $4 out of pocket for the two footlong sandwiches. I will say that without the discount code, I likely would not have purchased the footlongs as they would be over $25 if we did not use it. Read moreMy experience was not great. It hardly ever is at this location so I’m not sure why I keep coming back. Saturday I ordered online around 12:55, and it said it would be done at 1:10. At 1:10 it wasn’t ready, not a big deal. I let them know I was there and they didn’t have to toast it if it’s easier. Around 1:25 I realize they just aren’t going to make it so I got in line and got it made that way and left around 1:30. On top of all that, there were only 4 loaves of bread left, all 4 were wheat, which isn’t what we ordered. Again, not the worst but my daughter doesn’t love wheat so she was a little disappointed and just ate the chicken off the sub. I know you guys get a steady line of people but you really need to figure something out to get online orders done as well. The time before this I tried using a coupon in the store for 3 FT’s at a certain price, your scanner wasnt working so the employee just said sorry and we paid full price.
