Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Sylvan Lake

I've been to bellacinos 3 times. The first time I got a pizza and cheese bread. It was very good but a bit pricy. I arrived at pick up time, it was ready and I was pleased with the service I received. The second time a friend and I went to dine in. We each got medium grinders, cheese sticks and another grinder to go. The guy taking our order (I think the owner) blew his nose in front of us and did not wash his hands. He appeared to be sick, but he wasn't handling the food so we let it go. We waited for about 40Minutes before we received our dine in food. The motzerella sticks were cold and NOT good. The grinder was a bit cold but still very good. It was lunch rush, but they did not seem to be in a very big hurry and they only had one person working, besides the sick guy. I was not pleased with how long they took for such a simple order. The third time I went in to order take out. There was only one customer before me and one after me. I was told it would be 10 minites. It took about 15 and the person after me, got served first. There were more people working but it was very slow for the little orders put in. Once again the grinder was good, but kind of cold by the time I got it home.

I do love grinders and this location is close to home so I will try again, but they really need to pick...

I've gotten good service and I've gotten weird service. I normally order delivery. Recently, I ordered and when he (I'm pretty sure he was the owner) dropped off the food, he informed me that he won't deliver small orders like mine. I would so much rather have been told that on the phone when I called it in than scolded for doing so when it arrived! But on an earlier occasion, the same man stopped into the store where I order from to apologize for a delivery he was unable to make. Not to bring anything just to say that. It was kind of sweet but very odd. As for the food, the flavor is good but it's ALWAYS cold. When I stopped in to order one day I saw why... I orded several sandwiches and salads. Sandwiches got made first and when they came out of the oven, the cook stuck them on an unheated shelf and thennnn prepped the salads. He wasn't exactly in a hurry either. I keep coming back because it's convenient but I'm never really impressed.

We ordered lunch for approx 12 ppl today, called at 11 am and placed the order, they said they would deliver to us and it would be to us in 45 min. At 12:20 still no sign of them or phone call. We called them and they said they got busy and that they were almost done making them, no apologies, very rude and said they would be in another 45 minutes and hung up on us! When the order finally did arrive, it wasn't even correct! My sandwhich had tomatoes when I asked for none, we asked for sides of mayo, ranch and bell peppers and recried none, and all of it was cold because it wasn't placed in warmer bags and it's cold outside!! Then we discovered they FORGOT A WHOLE GRINDER!! We asked for a platter of cookies and they said they were out but said they could run to Sams Club and get some, and we said no thats ok, they said they had brownies and so we said ok that works, and they gave us 6, for 12 ppl, really??
