Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in Sylvania

We tried them when they first opened in sylvania and enjoyed the pizza, the gathering we had all made the general consensus that it was above any we had from around town. The second time we ordered online and upon getting to their store to pick up, there was a big back up and pizza was 20 minutes later than time promised. Third time we ordered and the pizza was cold when we got it home. Now here I am giving them yet another chance and ordered online for store pick up the confirmation came through said ready in 20 minutes. I get there 23 minutes after placing the order and they tell me they don’t even have my order. Nothing under my phone number. The manager comes out after I show them my confirmation and he claims it had a later pick up time and they would make it right away. So they made it right but I’m not happy to always have to wait even after placing an order with an exact time to pick up. 10-2-22 When Romeo first opened, they were great. My family ordered our weekly pizzas from them. The last couple times I've ordered, I've had to wait an extra 30+ minutes from my pickup time inside. There is no one manning the Front Desk, I'm always told, 5 more minutes which again is well past my pick up time. I'm always told various "reasons"; my order was missed, one of my pizzas was placed in another order (I always pick up cheese, pepperoni, bread sticks & a specialty). Just not organized and leadership never really apologizes. I'm not asking for " free food" but I am asking for a genuine response back. It will be awhile until I think of returning.

First time ordering from here, and after 2 hours of waiting no pizza was delivered. I called after an hour and 20 mins only to find out that the delivery driver wasn’t there and was supposed to be on the way back in 20 mins and would be on the way here. After the 2 hour mark I called again and the chick that answered said the driver still isn’t back and wouldn’t be for at least another 20 mins. She asked if I wanted the order re-made or refunded. Ummm after 2 hours of waiting to wait for it to be made again and she was still unsure of how long it would take to get here, I asked for a refund.
