I have continuously noticed that the quality of food at this location (the alexis rd location in Sylvania) is not great. Last week I ordered breakfast sandwiches and coffee and they all were ice cold and the coffee didn't have taste. This morning (1/5/22), I placed an app order to get the discounted price for coffee. When I arrived the employee said that she couldn't find my order. I told her that I have the confirmation and proceeded to confirm that I was at the correct location. Instead of her trying to resolve my issue she started to yell that they don't have anything to do with the app orders and they never confirmed. So when I asked to speak with a supervisor to see how we resolve the issue, she said she was the supervisor and that she don't know how to fix it. So I just reordered my cup of coffee and prepared to pay full price. Luckily the male employee stated that he would not charge me so that was nice. My problem is with the rudeness of the supervisor and the fact that instead of her trying to fix a 99 cent problem, she would rather argue with me. Read moreFind a different place to eat. Like other Tim Hortons, we were not greeted when we walked up to the counter. There was trash on the floor. The person who took our order mumbled, and we could not understand what he was saying. We ate our doughnuts there and had a hard time finding a clean table, and most of the chairs were in disarray. It was 4 PM so business was slow and with 3 employees there at the time the dining room should have been tidy. We needed some water, so I went back to the counter and no one was behind the counter. I had to call loudly to get some help. The males in my group used the restroom and said it was gross and that the soap dispenser fell off the wall when they tried to get soap. I took one of their orange survey papers intending to fill out their survey, but lo and behold, you need a receipt code to take the survey and they did not give me, or offer me, a receipt! I will NOT be returning to this store even though it is .25 miles from my home. I'd rather drive further to go...

He can be kind but the store better be empty first...I have seen and witness, I have also been a person but there have been others, who have been told to pull up to the window, wait for 15-20 minutes, us go inside because they forgot, and then not even give the correct meal, the GM hates that at this store...his name is Reece I think, and he's just short tempered but does not think it shows, but when you huff and puff, it shows...I'm sure you're just going through something in life, and I pray it get betters, but I hope you learn that you can't control certain things...life happens, but no need to get mad about it, just breathe because in the end, this is a place to get coffee and doughnuts, and it's truly nothing to stress over, even with angry customers all the time, still nothing to...
