Sylvania Diner — Restaurant in Sylvania

Placed a pickup order here as I have done many times. Picked the order up and when I got where I was going realized that’s it was wrong. Called the restaurant and spoke with the waitress who took my order and gave it to me. She said that she would talk to the manager and get back with me the next day since she was working then. Next day, no phone call no nothing. I stopped in that afternoon, talked with another waitress who spoke with the manager who had no idea who she was and said that she never informed them about my order. I was told that the best that they could do was remake my order and discount it 20%. Really?! You messed up my order and I have to pay again to get it fixed correctly! Never again! I used to there twice a week. Any other place that I have been when they make a mistake they fix it. Not here....

Ate there 2 times the chz burger was awesome so I we went back got taco salad before I ate my son says my chz burger taste sour dad I laughed said everything is sour. As I got my food I started to eat it and the hamburger did taste sour a piece of lettuce I pulled out my taco salad made me no longer want to eat because it was really dark green a looked as if it had hair on it I think I ate 😫 moldy lettuce and bad hamburger. I met up with a lunch group at Sylvania Diner at 11:30am, on Wednesday, March 21, 2024. It was my first time eating there.

We had called ahead to reserve an area. Unfortunately, when we got there, they still had to bring tables together so we could all sit together. Since they have no separate dining areas, it was hard to hear each other due to the lunch noise.

The food was good and our waitress was friendly...
