Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sylvania

Don’t support this Taco Bell, anytime I’ve gone in there, the is a shorter white woman constantly yelling at other employees to the point you can see them visibly upset… she’s talks down on them while they are trying to work and make food or are in the window telling them they aren’t doing well… she will talk about other employees from what I’ve gather while I’ve been in there ( employees that are not in the store at the time) along with employees that are working with her currently… saying things like I’m surprised you still have a job here, or the boss lady is highly pissed at you, this is why I can’t call off sick because none of you people do your jobs… I’m sick and tired of babysitting you guys, you have been here long enough but then will turn around and tell a customer that everyone is...

I've been going to taco bell in the toledo area since I was a young boy. Now as a grown man I can tell you honestly that this is the best taco bell in the immediate and extended area. When I'm with my friends they often suggest going to the closest taco bell and to that I always say, "the Alexis taco bell is always worth the drive" and I have never been wrong, the nacho cheese is always flowing and abundant as well as the grill hot and ready. The beans are never dry and the lettuce is never wilted. If you are in the 419 and you feel the craving of the fourth meal upon you nowhere is better to think outside the bell than the Sylvania...

Not sure how Jasmine got a management position but at 8pm the doors shouldn’t be locked, orders shouldn’t be leaving the store wrong when she is making them, when said wrong order is brought to her attention saying “we are short staffed you can come back to get your order remade” and then hung up on, is her way of apologizing. Not to mention openly telling her workers “don’t question me about what I do when I’m at work” in front of customers. Sad really but Michaela at the drive thru is wonderful if only her management staff could be half of what she brings to the table this place would...
