Arby's — Restaurant in Symmes Township

This location on Loveland Madeira has not always been the best. They used to forget items a lot the food would be cold...The drinks would be wrong etc. The service was horrible, it was a bunch of kids with really bad attitudes. I watched a girl who worked a window once walk outside after her shift and throw a giant drink at her manager's car. I don't know if they're under New Management or what but the quality of the food has improved immensely. It is always hot when I get it. I haven't had a missing item or a wrong order in the last six times I've gone to them. So if you stop going to him because of bad service or mistakes, you might want to give him another chance because they have gotten much better!!! The service is always with a smile and everyone's very attentive and helpful now. They hired some really great people!...

The worst experience. Awful manager. Bad food. Don't eat at this location.

I was handed a Jamocha shake that was melted and runny with no flavor. It was melted vanilla ice cream. My brisket sandwich had meat that was so dry it looked days old. Even the bun was stale. When I tried to send the shake back I was told they couldn't do that. The kid got his manager, who was so rude. No apology, she just said "I don't know what to tell you, it comes out of the machine that way. I can't help you, you'll have to contact corporate." Then walked away from the window. It wasn't until later that I realized it wasn't just the shake but all our food. Except the curly fries and sweet tea were actually good. I'll stick with our good Arby's...

Arrived at the drive thru at 7:58 pm to a restaurant that closes at 9pm. Told at that time that they close at 8pm. I said well its 7:58 so you're still open. Also 3 cars were already in front of me waiting for their food. With an attitude I was told to go ahead and order. Yeah I'm sure I'll jump right on that, so you can spit on my food knowing how you take your employment. It was Wednesday April 14th if a manager would like to explain to everyone why you would even be closing at 8pm anyway when every other Arby's is open until 10pm...
