Our experience at this shawarma place was simply amazing! 🤩 The service was top-notch - the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere created a sense of coziness and comfort.

As for the food, it was simply magical! 💕 My American husband tried shawarma and dumplings for the first time, and he had a true taste sensation with the shawarma! His reaction was simply indescribable! We will definitely be back again and will recommend this place to all our friends.

Update. Since my previous review we’ve been there several times, taking take outs when we pass through Tacoma on the way to Seattle from Olympia. Recently we came in with two kids and they fell in love with grilled chicken and lamb chops. It’s been two days and I am still thinking about those lamb chops. They remind me of the best places in my hometown in Russia. The girl taking orders is an absolute sweetheart 🫶🏻

Прочитала столько тупых отзывов про то, что надо убрать свинину из меню, чтоб сделать заведение халяльным и про то что к пельменям нужен соус, помимо сметаны 😁😅 ребят, они просто не понимают наш вайб. We usually really love this place and often grab food to go when passing through Tacoma. We’ve been here several times before and were always very satisfied. The young woman who used to work there was always very polite and friendly.

But today my husband was coming back from work up north, and I placed an order for him to pick up on his way back to Olympia. There was a new girl working (I’m not sure if other staff changed as well), and when my husband brought the food home, part of the order was spoiled. For example, the salad that came with the lamb chops had a strong moldy taste — I normally love the cabbage salad here, but this time it was completely inedible. The same thing happened with the suluguni wrap: it had dill in it, but the dill also tasted moldy and could not be eaten.

It’s very disappointing, because we really like this place and have always been happy with our orders...

Food is okay. Not something I'm use to. I say too much of mayonnaise or whatever grease was in. A bit expensive for the "fast food", and is not really that fast (normal pace). Napoleon cake tastes like "quick puff pastry". I get it, it's not a Michelin 10* restaurant, but signature dishes are expected to be signature dishes. The menu is very simple, so perfection is expected. No free water. Though bottles are glass. Recycling in trash 😞 Place is very clean. Staff is very friendly. No complaints in that department. Overall, given the location, adjusting to the food amount, the value would be better in CIS. 20$ / 5 (price factor USA/CIS) = 4$. You can buy a bit bigger roll in Minsk. And it's Tacoma, not DT Seattle...
