Disrespectful :( :( :( .......11/20/2021@ about 8A.M. the batista gal working did not repeat what I had orderd and makes what she wanted to hear instead of clarifying the oder with the customer adding unwanted additional flavors and when told about such issues and grossness of how she add chocolate to a Carmel pumpkin blended coffee and I explained I did not want chocolate and the gal insisted added pumpkin flavor to said chocolate drink which is not what I asked and then to call and be talked to like I'm a kid and lied about being the owner so gal doesn't have to face her mistakes ...2 Faced people working there....and I have video of no masks being worn either of said incident..... ...

I have been going here consistently for over a year.

Ashley is absolutely amazing and makes the best coffee in Tacoma every day hands down. The only reason I continue coming here is solely for Ashley to make my coffee. As for the rest of the baristas ... there is no consistency with my drinks or the price I pay whatsoever. My iced drinks are frequently warm when handed to me with powder flavoring on the bottom of the cup and 9/10 times the coffee is bitter.

Edited to add: they open at 5 am but are never there at 5 am. They open at 6 am on the weekends and are never there at 6 am. The owner works the morning shifts and I have been here multiple times between 5:05-5:15 and no...

I’ve been coming here for years and I’m surprised that anyone had anything bad to say about them. The coffee has always been good and the baristas have always been friendly. The prices are good too. We always have a difficult order because of allergies and they always get it right every time. I do have my favorite baristas just because they all make coffee different and I like mine strong and not too sweet. I really don’t have anything bad to say about them and I’ve been a customer since 2011. Maybe the people that had bad experiences here are lying or they were being jerks.
