Although the food is excellent,I did have an issue with a gift card. I purchased the gift card prior to going for $55, the bill was for $50.83, so I had plenty of money on that card with the activation code proving the card was indeed activated. The server went to use the card and came back saying the card was being declined. I called the Visa card company and they said the card was declined because a 20% gratuity was added so the card did not have enough on it. When I confronted the server,he was trying to tell me that the computer he has doesn't do an automatic gratuity, however as I left the restaurant, I noticed on the screen of the computer it did say automatic gratuity. The server looked nervous when I pointed this out. I wanted to pay gratuity in cash,not on the card, but now I will not be coming back since I felt that I was lied to and a gratuity that I didn't authorize was tried behind my back. I use gift cards often and have never had a problem anywhere...

GATEWAY TO OUR HEART:) All of us are in the Covid fatigue mode these days. In honour of my mother-in-law, I decided to surprise my husband by bringing him Indian food. I ordered on my way out from work and made the phone call to order. Ben was very accomodating with my order and was very courteous in spite what must be a busy time of the evening. I made a special request. And my special request was honoured. Most delicious, hot food within 30 minutes. Do not miss their paneer pakora. Never have I eaten anything soooo delicious. My husband loves their Samosa and onion kulcha. Do not miss their mushroom mutter or vegetable biryani. Yes, yes, yes......we ate too much tonight:) Best food served by the most good hearted people. I am glad my husband introduced me to this restaurant...

If you want authentic Indian food, DO NOT come here!!! There is no flavor or Indian spices in this food. Taste like they are trying to maximize their ROI by watering down the food. FYI-they have a Spanish guy cooking the food, but its suppose to be authentic (Yeah right). The service SUCKED, the young guy/boy with the ponytail & tattoos was rude and lacks real customer service etiquette. We as customers can spend our money anywhere, so respect & appreciate that fact. The curry-Bremerton (top shelf flavorful food and impeccable service) or Mehfil-Silverdale (great flavorful food, very clean with new equipment (i.e. chafers, table/chairs, silverware/glassware).
