Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tacoma

Nice people run they are polite courteous and make the menu well but its pretty slowly.made and the parking lot is a mess filled with drugs to car theft and they always aren't ready for walk-ins so its a wait so.eyes on your car and telling people no you have no drugs to sell and wondering why you if wanting a cheese pizza didn't order it and get it from 711 because it lil Caesars about equally decent order papa johns and been happy cuz the food made there well is still no good cuz its what is cheap and thats why.its popular its cheap i do not at this location recommend going to get anything but only because of the things out of their control and unless you enjoy that environment with plenty of time to waste on waiting then it's not for you but if those are your things to do by all means you'll love it there because it is full of crackheads and you will be there for a while and the excitement added in of having your car stolen maybe you think too who knows maybe you're ready to run and chase down your own vehicle as it's got broken into with it window shattered all over the seat and somebody's running off with your stuff or trying to Jimmy rig your ignition those might be your favorite activities I don't know but for me I prefer when I go to Little Caesars to probably just get some pizza real fast like hey can I get a cheese and it's ready hot and go like it says but never is here then be on my way but as appealing as it may sound it's not for me I'll probably just go down the street to 7-Eleven cuz it might be a better Pizza there or taquitos...

Customer service was very horrible , The lady was trying to take 10$ more then what my total was, at first I thought it was a honest mistake but then she started talking a lot of nonsense and being very disrespectful, to begin with I wanted to originally order or pick up some hot and readys which in that moment they said they didn't have any, so I ended up placing an order, to then seeing the lady put 4 hot and ready out for anyone to buy how I know is because I asked. I truly don't understand the customer service here, I have had two other horrible experiences here ordering food before I even decided to make a review because I give people the benefit of the doubt but the staff is all ways rude and this time it was over and beyond out of line. Is crazy to see how some places can take advantage of customers and still expect to be tipped, I'm very good with math and right away I knew she over over charging me. Originally the total was 24, I added 2 sauces of marinara sauce on the side each sauce is 1.29 why is she charging me $14 and some change of a difference? Her manager corrected her mistakes but like I said this isn't the first time that I've had a horrible...

Put in an online order two weeks ago. Show up to a very surprised cashier and my order hadn’t started yet! Mind you, I had put the order in 40 minutes in advance and even showed up late. I ended up having to wait another 15 minutes for them to start making my pizzas and have them finish cooking. They were doughy because I had caught them off guard and they rushed the pizzas out. I appreciate that but I’d rather have them properly cooked. I understand that online ordering is new to Little Caesars but it seemed to me like they weren’t even aware of my order until I had shown up. It showed up in their system, apparently, as a phone-in order. Regardless, it should have been ready by the time I arrived.

Just did another online order but this time I was told that they were closed until 10:45pm on a Wednesday night (it was 7:25 at the time) but that online orders were fine (???). What does that even mean? lol. I just hope my order is ready and properly cooked when I show up... Prices are competitive but service or not. Seems like a case of good, cheap,...
