Sago CT Nails Supply — Local services in Tacoma

My work delivers to them a lot so I thought I’d go in a check it out since I get my nails done and my toes done and thought I’d do it myself. Well I bought some stuff to get my toes started. They have a variety of stuff for pretty much any budget. I didn’t want to spend 100 for a UV lamp just yet so she recommended one for like 60, same thing with a drill I ended up having to spend a little more for a drill than I wanted to but I also wanted a fun color. The nail selection is amazing! So many colors! So pretty. It is a little crowed but very organized. I will definitely be coming back for when I want to attempt to start my nails. The nail prices are reasonable but the only reason why i give it a 1 star is because I felt like the customer service was not the best . I was completely ignored and even after I purchased my nail products .. I wanted to get another thing that was in the shelf so I told the lady if I can look at the nail bit and possibly buy it , she clearly heard me but walked away to the back of the store .. I mean I was soooo shocked that this is how they treat their customers … mind you I’ve worked retail and customer service 10 plus years and this was just unacceptable. I love this place, it’s the Best find this year! This is a small, cozy place but packed with everything you need and more. It’s kept very organized except for what customers just place around the place. But they work hard at keeping everything where it belongs. The ladies are knowledgeable and willing to help.
