The punk who doesn't have a name tag so can't name him needs to act his age not like a little kid. I tried calling in an order at 7:50 because I was walking there so they could have it made and start their closing schedule but he tried telling me that they were closed so I informed him of the time so he acted like he was taking my order and then hung up on me. I however walked in the door right after. So the good employee they have took my order the other starts making my order by throwing everything around and having a huge attitude about the whole thing. I was out the door at 7:56pm so still before closing. I have worked Papa Murphy's before and you are not supposed to break the line down before that door is closed and locked. Unfortunately basic manners and politeness is not an job requirement at this particular Papa Murphy's!!!! So you only take cards for payments now. Ok well I didn't realize. So letting me know is very appropriate! But to say "it's on the white sign by the door," then roll your eyes and blatantly say " here" when my pizza was ready. Unprofessional and not customer service savvy!! I'm betting the hiring process is online? Cause if it had been an in person interview I'm thinking? NEXT APPLICANT PLEASE! This was my first time visiting this particular Papa Murphy’s location, which is in a neighborhood that can be a bit rough after dark.
The staff were friendly, quick with their smiles, and provided great customer service.
The only downside was related to the food prep. I bought five pizzas on a Tuesday to freeze and use over the weekend. Unfortunately, Papa Murphy’s doesn’t include clear instructions for baking directly from the freezer. To their credit, they do advise letting refrigerated pizzas come to room temperature so the dough can rise before baking.
